Hi everyone! Today I propose 3 delicious and simple recipes based on potatoes and puff pastry.
RECIPE N1
Puff pastry roll, filled with potatoes, ham and cheese is an ideal solution for lunch, dinner or aperitif. Very easy, quick and economical recipe that anyone can make!
Ingredients:
- 700 g (1 lb 8 oz) potatoes
- Rectangular puff pastry
- 80 g (3 oz) of cheese
- 100 g (4 oz) of cooked ham
- Parsley
- 1 egg
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
- Butter
For the salad:
- 1 onion
- 400 g (1 lb) beetroot
- 8 pickled gherkins
- 150 g (5 oz) canned peas
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
