I have never cooked eggplant so deliciously and easily! Eggplant recipe without meat!
Ingredients
2 eggplants
vegetable oil
Parsley
60 grams (2 oz) breadcrumbs
60 grams (2 oz) Parmesan
1 egg
Salt
pepper
Sweet peppers
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup pureed tomatoes
60 ml (1/4 cup) water
1 tsp sugar
100 grams (3.5 oz) mozzarella for pizza
