Ingredients
2 eggplants
400 grams of minced meat
Salt pepper
Sweet peppers
1-2 tsp cornstarch
1 egg
3 eggs
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tsp cornstarch
vegetable oil
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 pepper
Spring onion
450 grams of pureed tomatoes
1/2 cup yogurt
salt pepper
Granulated garlic
dill

L'idea delle melanzane tagliate cosi e riempite di carne trita , tutto il resto no , io le avrei impanate con l'uovo con gli aromi poi il pane gratuggiato magari mischiato con un po' di parmigiano e cotte al forno . Ciao
