Remember..this is for people who are frustrated..don't quit you job.. remember nothing is still settled in your life..it may take time but wait until you have a house of your own atleast so that you have shelter if not food or cloth..I have seen many engg students thinking going for standup comedy if theh get backlogs in exam..just take decent job as he did and then decide.

@@vsmedia8892 do a course..get decent or intermediate knowledge..don't just sit thinking of what to do next..after 6 months or so ..pitch in startups and join a startup..very low or no salary.. switch ch after 1yr.. problem is many engg students don't know the basics and they think they should also get placed like their friends..I know pppl who starter with 10k per month and now earn 1.5 lakh per month in 7 years...you just have to stick to the plan.. keep hustling..

I do a "job" I love it. I code. People tell you stuff, experience. It's their own way of looking life. That guy is doing comedy. I sometimes feel how is that thing great? I mean waking everyday and getting ready to make people laugh no matter whats going on in your life. How crazy a job can be? See I got you, atleast 5% You don't need to love your job. You need to love your skills.

Problem is when u do BTech/MBA ,Burn money of your parents you should know if that’s something you want to do .. The only thing which I could understand from his show is he dropped his career into corporates understanding the fact that it will require more of his devotion and very hard work which he felt will not be the case if he switches to the new life of stand up .. Besides who knows how he was in his job and may be he was not good at that .. So he ran out of that life .. I often here the stand up guys talking about higher studies ,Dropping high paid jobs .. What we should tell them is ..They should do what they are good at ..At something which they could not pursue or continue .. They should not bother about talking about those profiles .. Horse may can run very fast but can’t swim in the water as a whale can .. Does not mean horse is into a better work and whale is not .. It’s always who’s best fit where.

@aena Diploma in canada isn't a bad option. I'm not sure if you're Indian or not so cant give you a proper road map. Why are you in a hurry to go abroad? A diploma is a good start but after 5 years in the industry, you will see people with degrees moving ahead of you. If you're Indian at least try to crack JEE if you want to do engineering. If you get in any of the IITs/NITs, that tag will help you always. You can give gre/toefl/ielts after Btech and go abroad. US, Canada, Germany are good options. And I hope you've finished 12th. Don't do diploma just after 10th.

By the way if you are the sole bread winner of the family and your entire family is depended on your earning. You need to have a steady income. Not everyone have the choice to look for multiple options.

A lot of it has to do with privilege. Not everyone can afford leaving jobs. Not everyone has savings to sustain for long.

Or watch your KZread show. Hypocrisy is you want corporate sponsors while ridiculing corporate life.

The gloss of the whole "passion" thing wears off when you're struggling to make money. But imo some jobs are important to the society than others. And that the world economy decides. The world doesn't give two fucks for your personal dreams unless you align them to its interests. So these are just snake oil remedies.
