The initial misunderstanding started when Rahul didn't realize that Ola IS the customer of the IT company where the guy works. He said it is a B2B relationship, so his customers are businesses (Ola in this example) and not the people who are booking Ola cabs.

omg yes!! i don't know why the comment section is full of praises for Rahul here but he definitely didn't drive this well. his tone was intimidating and he tried to make fun of his choice of words at some point. (which is unlike him) may be that's why this a deleted scene lol

Rahul had enough chances where he could've roasted him badly and making the audience laugh hilariously, but he still managed to do it without making him feel bad. Rahul, the real Customer Sucess Manager❤️

An Unpopular Opinion, this is not the best of Rahul for sure. No wonder it was deleted. He is spontaneous and my favorite as well, but the jokes in this video was falling short as the audience member was not floundering in his replies which Rahul was trying so hard to establish unsuccessfully.

It's not because "not floundering". The problem was he was talking too technical too specific. Not everyday kind of talk.

The funniest thing about guys working in IT companies is there are so many meaningless designations created that most of the employees are not capable to explain their own roles in the company or what their designation represents. 😂😅

Now I understand why this was deleted 😂

It so much matches to corporate conversations and scenarios! Rahuls background gives a perspective to this awesome content 😂
