I was scrolling through to see if one soul would have noticed the women bodybuilders in the first few seconds and mention who they are. First off learn how to weight train and then learn about dieting and after you have put in some time doing this go watch top trainer's and nutritionist podcasts and take notes and shoot messages to some of them and ask questions
