She's really good QOL and her main skill is S2, so you don't need to E2 her to get a lot of use, THAT SAID, like Blaze or Mountain [both focus on S2] the E2 promotion can double her DPS from base stats/module/masteries etc.

Apparentlty I was gang b'd by a server for saying that goldenglow is a mid caster. She is rng and her base range is really low, the enemy should stay in her range for her to even do damage. In other words, she doesnt do much outside of her s2 and s3, but both of these skills arent broken in any way. She isnt an sss tier unit, first of all, because no caster is. But yes. I dont hate all goldenglow fans, but at one point, they annoyed me so so much by saying she is the best caster and unit in the game in general.

@@The158Outlaws i'm a fan of GG but even I know that most of what you say is true, the only detail is the rng in GG's S3 because she always select the enemie nearest to a blue box, is tricky but you can kinda work around that

​@@CrusherKingZyeah which usually makes her attack trashmobs. It is just easier to use dedicated range in my opinion. Global range always comes at a cost, and that cost in ggs kit is rng. Dedicated range operators are basically the same but no rng. So if you are any familiar with strategy, they are just way more consistent.

​@@kushalmazumder6953Yeah but while I have questions to gg skills, Ive got no questions to Mlynar s3. It is so good it is actually worth it despite him doing absolutely nothing for 40 seconds. So its not possible to apply that to mlynar. The payoff difference is huge.

You're completely right. Though I like the infinite duration of Typhon S2, I firmly believe Typhon is ultimately an excellent advertisement for Rosa Outside of Typhon making trust farms easier, people should appreciate Rosa and build her instead

I get why you might like Rosa, but I just think her role is different, counter to hype Typhon is amazing anti-mob S3 is good for clearing annoying starts, [casters/frost drones] with a short wind up and enough damage to annihilate whatever wanders in while your setting up other units. Similarly her S2 is really good at assassinating units at range, like a better Platnum. Her slow with universal defense bypass, means she gets extra hits with steady heavy damage and again is great as an anti-nuisance unit.

Nah Typhon s3 is a bad helidrop. Not only that she costs 20+ dp, she is a ranged unit(fragile) Her wind up is still quite slow. You are better of using other helidrops such as Texalter yatoalter Surtr. And hell, I would argue that even here, Rosa s3 is still better, as it can clutch with the multi target both holding the enemies and attacking that one threat. And her s2 is just afk. Afk is 99% of the time worse than burst.

The only operators i can say that i hate are Yato alter, because before she was released i'm sure almost no one remembered the original even existed and at the top of the list Minimalist, i despise that brat. But if we talk of those i just dislike but don't really hate i would say ejya alter. In the video you talked of typhon and honestly i feel nothing for purple ceobe, she's alright but i don't really care for her too (i don't like her fans tho).

In original Yato's defence KyostinV and Echogen use original Yato a lot in their low rarity guides as a discount fast-redeploy (mostly for baiting ranged attacks) so pretty sure at least their audiences dont forget OP yato exists. Also making her alter a real fast-redeploy has been one of the most logical class-switches of all alters so far... Specter going from almost immortal guard to immortal dollkeeper is the second logical class switch. other alters just make no sense compared to their OGs. (I'm talking just about operator classes, not quality of operators or their art)

I love using Typhon and Goldenglow because you don’t have to think to use them and I’m just a filthy casual

Alright, I'm going to hack this out again. TL;DR: Typhon S2 has more utility and is easier to use compared to Rosa S2 despite doing less damage, GG S3 does good damage and global range matters So first, Typhon vs Rosa S2. At max investment, Rosa S2 hands down deals more damage than Typhon (expect for one possible situation) especially when with module when fighting heavy elites. However, it only deals (really good) damage with a 65 sec downtime. There is also a 20 sec wind-up for first usage. Notably, the duration is 60 sec, which is good. Also, her skill 2 let's her hit an additional enemy, specifically. Typhon S2 has a 8 second windup time, 20 second initial duration skill, and 50 second one-time-only downtime. This skill does ultimately deal less damage than Rosa, except when Typhon is attacking only one target. Typhon's S2 attacks twice, vs Rosa attacking multiple enemies. However, even though it does less damage, Typhon S2 has a 40% chance to stun, which is reliable enough to matter. Not only that, but Typhon also slows enemies with her talent. This allows Typhon to bring really good utility on top of really good damage. I feel like Rosa's S2 is really good when you are fully aware of how you will use her in an operation, as well as you know exactly what will happen in a stage. However, the better skill uptime, utility, and great enough damage makes Typhon a better option to take blindly into stages. It's part of why Typhon shines in IS4. In practice, Typhon's S3 is really good against bosses. I've seen videos, I've used it myself, bosses are almost always isolated at some point in the stage. That being said, there are plenty of ways to kill a boss, so it's fine if you simply don't enjoy using the skill. GG S3 is really good when it becomes difficult to properly position your operators. It's also really good at helping clear multiple lanes in a stage. Both of these are good in IS, especially in IS2. GG's rng is a big non-issue, because she still does good damage even with poor rng. She's awesome in SSS, because with attack speed she deletes everything (though I prefer using the chain casters Liezi and Passengod). Her skill S2 is fine and does the job, but yah it's not perfect (Eyja S2 is definitely better if you don't need the range increase). That being said, just because no operator can do what GG does make GG at least a A tier operator. It's not like this game has a lot of actually good casters.

Okay okay bro, first of all, Rosa does more damage to one enemy that Typhon with both of her shots combined. Not to mention, in a stahe where infinite skill duration makes most sense for Typhon (H7-4) she loses to Rosa and it is not even close, While Rosa solos the entire patriot formation, Typhon, even with her "majestic" s2 infinite duration cant do that. Lets also remember that Rosa has insane uptime and higher buff potential. Basically, when you choose her s2 over s3 she becomes a dps unit, and you should use utility according to her being the dps, and as for s3, she becomes the utility. And usually yes, Rosa s3 is better, but if you really need to annihilate a boss that has a lot of defense, Rosa is 100% a better pick. Also your argument about knowing exactly what happens in the stage and then comparing them in is4 where all stages are repetitive is teally really weird. Also Typhon doesnt really shine in is4 all that much. Never ever have I needed her in my run. She isnt even good against its bosses (except for the second one, maybe.) I would much rather say that the meta stays the same: Ines, Texalter, reedalter, some sort of guard such as Thorns/Qiubai/Gavialter, surtr dps and all that broken stuff, but in no way shape or form is Typhon better than those units. She doesnt even have block, which is quite necessary in the early stages. You can only take her when you already are successful with your squad, but then, why not use Rosa instead? Her bind is way more useful. Typhon s3 is good on paper if you put effort for it to work, but you putting effort is essentially you already being strong enough to beat the stage without her. But lets be real, no stage is really a Typhon sweep. She is never going to be your carry unit. Also gg is indeed an A tier unit, but in no shape or form is she S tier. I over exaggerated with F tier to express how annoyed I was.

I don't know why but i hate Ansel so much that he is the only operator that doesn't reach trust above 50 percent ... Other than Ansel I pretty much like all operators, have so much strat to play and it's fun!

I actually like goldenglow and typhon, but not for any of the reasons you mentioned. I like goldenglow because of her electromagnetism, everything else is a plus. And I like typhon just because she is a mythological creature and has a massive bow that cuts through time space on contact(? Her cursed bow is cool, but they have a very roundabout way of saying what the curse does). Either way, I'm definitely a weird minority of fans, but then again I dislike Exusiai. I don't hate her character, but I get too much of her despite not ever building her. Plus, Lemuen is more interesting between the two sisters anyways.

​@@Kaltsit-I mean, it doesnt really make her ooga booga worse, but it doesnt make her better either. Thats a very stupid e2 upgrade that literally debuffs an operator. Hypergyrph is trying not to debuff operators by upgrades most of the time, but this one case is indeed weird.

I don't like how W and Ines treat Hoederer and the mere existence of nearl (especially the alter) makes me mad like why the hell would the world bend to her will. I'm here trying to read a good story and then nearl comes and goes: nah I don't like the plot here let me just erase it. Kazimiers had the potential to be as good as Rhine labs in terms of story but it all got ruined because of nearl

Ines and Hoederer are pretty fine together, their past experiences and work get in the way of what would otherwise be a great friendship. W is definitely a super chaotic third wheel, though. She treats everyone but Amiya and Theresa badly, but isnt even aware that she actually cares about people until they die (Like Ines during Chernobog. Obviously, though, Ines came back). As for the Kazimierz events, I thought the story was great, but upon recollection most of my favorite parts didnt have nearl in them. The only parts of Kazimierz I liked with Nearl in them was the end of Maria's event where Nearl shot herself out of a cannon and the part in nearlight where nearl, shining, and nightingale danced together. So, yeah, Nearl bring a Mary Sue really wasn't a requirement for the story, but in the bigger picture, SOMEONE in the game had to be a Mary Sue at some point.

I used GG a lot, was crazy good in some IS2 runs. But I have noticed myself using her less and less over time.

I told you about the gg explosion pity and not Dylan. GG explosion works with a stack system starting at 1.5% and increasing by 1.5% for every attack that does not explode and while it is extremely unlikely to happen, it is guaranteed to explode at 40 stacks. This averages at around 1 explosion per 9.9 attacks which is approx. 10% and that's what HG wrote down ingame. This reduces deviation and increases mean regression. Simply put, a lot less RNG. This is very much real and you can check for yourself in the PRTS wiki which is one of the most trusted sources of AK data and the first place you go to check if your claim is right or wrong. It is really funny to see you accuse someone for something but get both the person and the claim wrong. You should probably actually search before saying your horrible takes if you don't want to embarrass yourself. Gooday/

they may not be op but i know damn well theyre a huge quality of life improvement to my account still dont have GG but the past couple of events have made me really want her

Yeah, both of them are no meta. I cant say they are unusable or anything, but people saying they are super op are kind of pissing me.

sometimes I worry that list of operators I hate will surpass list of operators I like or don't care about btw the worst part about typhon is her terrible art that looks like the artist (who's capable of drawing good stuff) spent less than 10 minutes drawing her

I hate Degenbrecher. I like Irène, but I'm totally fine with powercreep in Arknights. And I don't really care about "big brain dead DPS that carry so much that they killed the game ." My issue with Degen is how HG, for no fcking reason, gave her skill 3 auto recovery. She was already broken with big damages and a unique effect, she didn't need to ignore the entire gimmick of her archétype to make her more broken. It's so stupid, I don't wanna hear about her. I really hope HG will never do something like this again.

I hate Chen alter, Holungday. Because she is powerful and rare: 1)She is the one and ONLY 6-star spreadshooter sniper in the entire game. Hypergryph have not released any other spreadshooter operator since like 3 years; 2)She is limited operator, and available only during Carnival event. 300 pulls are too much for me because I'm total F2P in AK. I can't pay to the game; 3)She is strong and irreplaceable. If you need to complete a stage with autodeploy but you don't have Chenalter, then you have a problem. You can only E2 max Aosta or Executor because they are most powerful of accessable spreadshooter shipers. I'm completely indifferent to Goldenglow. Yeah, her S3 is tricky. That's normal because almost every 6-star operator has tricky S3 which may help or make things worse. So I use GG's S2 in common because its kinda easy. Yeah, Goldenglow is the most doggy-like kitty because people call her Pink Doggo and her ears are more dog-like. I know that, it's fine. The other problem is that I don't want to use Ling, Mlynar or Texalter. They are good and strong, but not everywhere. As for other casters I would like to E1 max 5-star casters like Kjera or Leizi, so I don't have to stick with GG forever. For now I have GG E2 69lvl with M6, and Amiya E2 69lvl with M4 and module 2.

I hate every bad operator's, why they can't be a good operator? Id every operator's is good, we can make a lot of team composition with them and not just use the "meta" operator's.

i wish death upon stainless I never pulled specifically for him He is the one 6* i have most potentials on When the most recent banner with him dropped i thought for sure he wouldnt show up in my pulls this time right? Theres two other operators on this banner that i desperately want. For sure the odds are in my favor. I even bought his skin to apease this cruel diety to not curse me again. But no. There he is. I can never escape stainless
