I just can't stand this. At the end I realized I had a huge stupid smile on my face the entire time. Just staaaahp. My leetle heart cannot take so much joy and inspiration. I hate watching challenges because I feel like "I could never do anything like that." And why when I watch this do I feel like I'm Wonder Woman? I CAN CREATE THE WORLD! What wizardry is this???? And Leticia... Wow. This was my first time meeting her. I LOVE HER! Dani if you could bottle up whatever magical encouragement, joy and inspiration you exude you would make trillions and the world would be perfect. I'm literally going to create something I've been afraid to for the last two years. Screw that fear!! I just saw a woman take a simple bucket and turn it into an awesome wall sconce!! RAWR! 💖💖💖

Danie, that wooden „cigar ash tray“ was actually used back in the day to serve nuts. Often walnuts were put in there with a nut cracker and a nut spike so you could openness nut and eat it’s nutty flesh. They were set out and passed around when company came to visit.

Okay but this light fixture is EVERYTHING super duper unique for a sconce!

I'm amazed what you did to the bucket. I figured you'd just put pens in it.

Personally, I preferred "Vibes Good"...it was like Yoda wishing me well

I twitch every time someone says “duck” tape or “decopatch” and it pains me that companies have literally cashed in on these mispronunciations by making them brand names! (For confused people, it’s DUCT tape, for taping ducts, and decoupage, which is a French word).

This was SO fun! You two might need to start something long term together. Some sort of thrift flip/decor/building channel.

I love that you turned the dog eraser into drawer pulls - but confession (and I'm totally hitting the dollar store to get erasers for this) I was hoping you'd cut him longwise and glue him onto the pail to make a bas relief effect. Thanks for the fun content and inspo!!!

So much fun! I love thrift flips. Even better as a challenge. I especially dig the fact that they used stuff from their own stashes. Ooooh I wonder if this idea could be a White Elephant gift exchange. Bring a bunch of DIYers together with their items, then exchange them White Elephant style. And then bring their makes together at the end and do the White Elephant exchange again. I’d certainly watch that. Especially fun if DIYers had quite a variety of skills.

Oh thank goodness! I was yelling drawer knobs when I saw the dog:) If you think the yellow is too much you can add a bit of paint to the wax for a colored wax, clear wax first so it’s easier to “erase” the colored wax if you need to. Brown wax would tone it down. I love this challenge. The Colored Caboose did a great job in a challenge similar to this. She’s an amazing furniture artist/diy guru. Great job Dani ❤️❤️👏

Hand-sew a cord cover for the lamp in the banana print, it will blend in to that backing plaque better

Love these projects. As soon as I saw the wiener dog eraser I instantly thought knob!! IKEA sells dog hooks that look a lot like the wiener dog. It’s all so creative and looks fab. My fave is the light fixture. ❤️❤️

My favorite part of watching DIY Dani is how you amuse yourself with your bad jokes. It's completely what I do. So, I relate. I seriously need to learn how to use power tools. I'm afraid of them.

The last time I saw that type of banana leaf print and a diy challenge - Stephen Sabados painted a coral snake through the leaf pattern to imitate a Gucci print on a pillow. Yours is better, lol!
