I've never had the pleasure of having homemade gnocchi. I don't have a Nonna, so I might have to try make it myself. What a wonderful memory of your grandmother!

Gnocchi is a delicious addition to your go to recipes. I love it. The Sausage gnocchi skillet is one of my favorites

I’m so happy to hear you’ve added the “red sauce” option for populating recipes🥳. I have wanted to ask you for a long time if you could make a video for a red sauce freezer meal session.

We discovered that to get just red sauce appropriate recipes, you have to put "red sauce" in quotation marks like that, otherwise it will bring up anything that has "red" and or "sauce" in it and then it's tough to search by. We'll work on the filter to improve it, but for now that is a work-around. I'm glad you're happy though!

If you like the flavour of sun-dried tomatoes, make a sun-dried tomato pesto and then add it to the recipe just like you would with a green pesto

I forgot to add you should replace the pinenuts that you would use in a green pesto with walnuts in a red pesto.

We use walnuts in all our pesto( i have also used macadamia nuts too) i use what we eat... pine nuts are sooooo expensive!​@shaunparadis2204

We have had the Gnocchi Sausage Skillet and Pesto Gnocchi a couple of times and they are both FABULOUS!! 😋 😋 Looking forward to trying some of your other new recipes. I have my own experiment with a Bacon Cheeseburger Gnocchi that I froze and will be testing in a week or two. 😋

I love sun dried tomatoes...and love that texture...my kids HATE the "tomato raisins" lol so I blend them in my sauce for the kids... and I leave a few chunks for my plate specifically... they love the taste...but not the texture... just something to think about of your kids have texture issues ❤

It's usually over by the fresh pastas like the filled ravioli in your grocery store. Sometimes that's in or near the deli and sometimes over by the bacon for whatever reason. It seems to depend on the store.
