Please take it easy, Carlo. Heart attacks are not to be played with. If you had a minor attack, then that could lead to strokes or a major attack down the road. Give yourself time to recover and keep stress to a minimum. At the very least, talk to your physician about going on blood thinners temporarily or maybe look into if you have any plaque buildup in the arteries.
