Matt you may of missed it but the "Big Time" minigame also had a giant variation of the Marigold. It gives you multiple coins just likr how the sunflower gives you multiple sun. Great for farming coins!

PVZ2 had a really rough launch, but midway into its life, it actually became a really solid sequel. Unfortunately, it went back to excessive microtransactions, which makes some levels feel more dependent on luck than skill or thought. Eclise on the other hand, that mod is freaking sweet.

Just a side note, the hit boxes of plants in pvz2 are much larger than the ones in pvz1 This means that you can put wallnuts just behind the zombie to stall them instead of then walking past

@@gyrostabilizergracenYes, it was actually an april fools joke shown during a presentation. The reason Ice Level isn't playable in the full version of the game is because the assets are not in the game anymore.

Im exited to see PvZ2. When I played it it was a quite fun and challenging experience. But they added a plant leveling system so it might not be as challenging as it used to be. If you wanna know how the game played on release. Then don’t level up your plants

Yea but it's almost impossible to not level up your plants, since you do that at the start

air raid was availiable in the nintendo ds version, but instead of fighting a bunch of balloon zombies, you control a repeater in a flying pot and have to defeat zomboss as he throws stuff at you

I also can say that "Sunny Days" was a minigame where you had to use the DS mic to yell at your plants to first. It's weird but you only get like 4 peashooters and when they get tired you use the mic to yell at them and then they become like 4 Gatling Peas at once. Fun minigame but I can't play it most anywhere other then at my house.

I finished PVZ2 a while ago without paying for anything, even got a few seedium plants at the arena but it eventually got boring, so i got the free shop to test out the paid plants, and in my honest opinion, they're almost useless if you buy them after clearing the game, if Matt is gonna get them just for the sake of having them i'd recommmend doing so at the point in the adventure each of them are presented to you (e.g. Snowpea in Egypt, Toadstool in Lost city, Cactus in Neon mixtape tour, etc).

I would say going to modern day early to get moonflower is extremely op in almost every part of the game since it produces sun faster than twin sunflower

The Cat Tails priority of balloons is sometimes amazing, except when there's a zombie LITERALLY EATING IT and it's STILL not shooting it

When doing the zen garden you should know that once a plant is glowing if will produce coins over time while the window is open. If you have stinky you can feed him chocolate to keep him awake to collect coins for you. Also sell the plants once you’ve given them three fertiliser NOT when glowing. (: thanks so much for the amazing content!

Limbo page lol, the game is huge, but great, I haven’t watched the full video yet, but on Squirrel, there used to be a crude image as it’s texture on its beta, it was removed, but that is why you can’t see them. The easiest way to beat the level is to avoid the first walnut that takes damage, that always has the zombies Also, I didn’t expect you to see my previous comment lol Matt, you should play some pvz mods some time, they aren’t hard to make, but extremely fun to make and play, there are hard mods, easy mods, and most of the time they always have texture mods, they are great :D I’m even making one :) also, after this you should play The Saboteur by Pandemic Studios

Matt I want to tell you that pvz2 is very different from pvz1 and some of the best plants in the game are locked behind a paywall, not to mention there is a mechanic that let's you upgrade your plants however this system is super annoying and overall not fun so I don't recommend upgrading your plants except for the tutorial plants (which is peashooter)

Pretty much the entire game is annoying, and the plant art just makes it really hard to look at when you have a bunch of stuff set up.

Air raid was a minigame in the DS version of the game where you fought Dr.Zomboss in the air as a Gattling pea in a flying pot.

Just a question for everybody in the comments, what do you guys think of his mustache??😂

Mat, at this point u should just use cheat engine to speed up the tree of wisdom's growth, cause it'll take you ages to unlock the other codes(pinata,daisies,etc.) if you go with buying fertilizers

Hey Matt, the ice level “minigame” was from a April fools build of the game, all of its assets were removed, including the zombies. The squirrel minigame had squirrel assets in other builds, but it’s assets were removed in the retail releases.

In Find The Squirrel Minigame is just you gotta remove all the wall nuts before the zombie comes on your house And another fact,Ice Level is a Unused and Forgotten Minigame so There's Nothing you can do with it

In pvz2 you should try eclise mod it makes the game incredebly hard

Matt when you do go to pvz 2, there are multiple paths you can take, which means you can pick the plant you want to get first. I would recommend getting the pirate land plants first and another tip, leave the beach island at the end. as it has the hardest levels with multiple waves of zombies destroying your plants

Matt after you play pvz 2, I recommend you play pvz eclise mod. It's fine if you play eclise first, but it's going to be a whole different experience if you do pvz 2 first

if you ever get stuck on a level in pvz2, i’d recommend looking up a video of the level because it really helps

I mean to be fair if you have gold which is pretty easy you can beat practically any level with powers

MY PVZ2 TIPS: Tip 1 : I dont recommend wasting real money on pvz2. Tip 2 : Turn down your wifi when you play the main adventure. Tip 3 : Some things that people say might be incorrect do to the fact that this game is still being upgraded. FUN FACTS: Plants that dont return in pvz2 are - Scaredy - shroom, Ice - shroom, Doom - shroom, Sea - shroom, Plantern, Coffe bean, Umbrella leaf and some of the upgrades. Tip 4 : Speaking of upgrades, they some of they do make it to pvz2, but no longer as upgrades meaning that you dont have to bring for example sunflower with the twinsunflower. Tip 5 : For now you can get costumes for your pvz2 plants in the shop and i recommend buying some of them when they pop up! Also the yeti zombie is in the game, but you can only see him if you played the older versions of the game soooo.... I recommend starting from the oldest version and using pp dats to upgrade from version to version (and i bet theres a tutorial for that)! You will miss a lot of content if you just play the latest version. But i am HYPED to see more!

Honestly, if i had to choose between seeing more PvZ1 mods or seeing the start of PvZ2, i would have to go with PvZ2. the mods are cool, dont get me wrong, but unless its more stuff like the limbo page, that was creators themselves made, i personally would be more interested in just seeing the next game.

matt before you leave pvz 1 please complete all achievements and survival and puzzle so it would be a 100 percent completion idk if that how its spelt :]

gosh this was my childhood, it was also my first time i experienced (and suffered) from "tetris effect", i legit was seeing "presents,coins, diamonds" when falling asleep in my bed, and was trying to click on them before they disappear

Fun fact: pogo zombie is probably the only zombie to change lanes instantly when he bites the garlic. (I discovered this while playing survival night hard mode just now)

Ive been watching Matt when He started MSM. It wasn’t that long ago but I came every Monday now I come every day to watch his videos.

So, I usually play PvZ on my DS, so I know that the "Air Raid" minigame is acsessible without the Limbo Page. I think the sunny day minigame was removed because people could keep a zombie alive and get the "sunny days" achievement with hardly any effort

My guess with the balloon zombie on the gravity level is it was drifting downwards as it walked. There may have been an error in the coding.

how PvZ 2

Important thing you should remember when starting playing pvz2 casually, not grinding in multiplayer. Don't upgrade plants, it's no fun for the campaign mode, which is where you'll mostly play

Theres also minigames other devices like: heatwave, home run derby, bomb it all together and air raid but the air raid is different compared to the balloon one

The football zombie is actually very annoying in pvz2 since it runs faster and when bumping onto a plant it instantly kills the plant anyways keep up the great work matt 😈

matt please don’t immediately buy plants when you start playing pvz2. Imo it’s better to beat the main game without paying for crutches you know?

I Cant wait to see matt playing arena mode in pvz2 its pure Suffering and its not easy for starter players because zombies can pretty much always over throw you!!

It's going to be a long series cuz if you want to 100% the game it's almost impossible cuz the developers are constantly adding new plants and event levels cuz you also need to upgrade the plants to level 20 cuz that's their max level also tons of plants from the first removed regular son death drops from the sky and come from sunflowers now equal 50 all the mechanics are significantly changed

The PVZ2 series is gonna be so cool! PVZ2 is a lot bigger and harder but its a lot of fun!

Hey Matt good luck with the last pvz 2 world :) btw heres some stuff about pvz 2 Sunflowers drop 50 suns Alot of plants require money to buy (some require gems) Beat the world you are playing on to play the other worlds Every world has a diffuculty lvls and gargantuars You can boost your plants in the garden There are powerups Boost your plants to make them op af but they last a few secs (some are perma) Lvl up Your plants to make them stronger Theres 2 other modes: Arena where you can fight other real people and pennys pursuit (play arena to lvl up your tournament and battle pass to unlock amazing rewards) And alot of the worlds have unique things that can might affect your plants (btw theres alot of unique zombies and trophies)

The squirrels in the squirrel mini game are actually invisible Because the squirrel texture was removed from the game But I think in older versions The squirrels do actually show up

The art challenge ment u have to make a picture inside the frame, the frame is wallnuts and the picture is plants

You should play the beta leak version of pvz! it has mild working versions of these minigames and world 6! theres also unused plants and zombies and you should check it out!

Hi, a heads up - PvZ2 really isn't that bad. There are a lot of overpowered plants you get for free during the Adventure. If you know how to use them right, then the game is actually really fun. I'm not going to spoil anything, though. Good luck. EDIT: also, I'd recommend playing the 4.5.2 version of PvZ2 for the best experience. Please play that.
