    I'm a dog person, and I've been watching your videos a few years now. Seeing them run and live their best lives is probably my favorite part of your channel. Never once have. I thought there was any animal cruelty going on, quite the opposite. Those are definitely some happy dogs.

    Sadly, as a husband of a wife who works on animal cruelty cases, I've heard the stories and we have taken in some really abused animals. The dogs on this channel are not underfed and not contained/abused. They are some of the happiest dogs I have seen. Tails up! Lots of energy. Keep them happy!

    Matt, I have been raising dogs for over thirty years and your dogs are so great. They are so content with the path they have chosen and you are the reason they are so happy all the time. The problem with the idiots that report you for animal cruelty is those people are not happy themselves so they take out their frustrations on the people who are happy. I only wish we lived in an area I could let my dog run as free as yours do. Don't change a thing for your dogs they look well taken care of and they are considerably happy.

But it is amazing multiple people reported Matt for his dogs. Those dogs are like family to the whole MORR team, they are obviously loved by many and extremely happy. I agree Deidre, whoever reported them obviously doesn't know dogs at all.

  • @deirdrehbrt

    @deirdrehbrt

    @@dankeyes292 I've seen so many people who do have dogs that shouldn't as well. I make it a point to greet people, and their dogs when I see them in public, because dogs are social creatures, and need to know that most people aren't threats. It hasn't been uncommon for me to see surprised owners who thought their dogs "didn't like people", when the fact is that the dogs were just reacting to the owner's fear and uncertainty. It's those owners who wind up getting dogs put down for being vicious. It's the owners who don't take the time to learn about dogs, to make them feel safe, that are being cruel.

Did my Animal Health Technology and Pre-vet until life took me in a different direction, but none of what you do is abusive to your dogs. Most people in this world believe in some form of invisible friend that is looking after them and these stories are logically incoherent, for instance "good" god who destroyed all life on earth according to the scriptures, etc. Usually services have to answer all calls. Another interesting observation is the comment with ad hominem in the thread got 10x the likes, while the logical one got 1x. How telling! How can anyone know if call is worth listening if they don't listen to it? True that dogs look happy, so it is a waste of time.

    Every time I see your dogs running, I'm reminded of the decades I spent 4-wheeling around Tucson, Arizona. The moment I pulled off the asphalt, the dogs in the back of the truck knew it was their time now and they insisted (and I mean they INSISTED) it was time to let them jump out and run. They covered way more miles than I drove by staying ahead of the truck running from one side of the road and ways into the desert and back across the road to the other. They loved it. So when I watch your dogs, anyone who knows dogs can just look at them and know they are doing exactly what they are supposed to. That gives them purpose, which gives them joy. I smile to myself each time I'm reminded.

    There's two types of people , those that want to be left alone and those that won't leave folk alone. I'm a dog handler in the uk and spend a lot of time sleeping off shift in my purpose built "dog van" in lay-bys etc during the day depending where I'm working . The times I've been knocked up by the police because some jobsworth busybody has reported dogs barking in a van clearly marked "Dog Unit" I've lost count . Your dogs have the best life a dog could wish for , you are always concerned about the heat and very careful , they get to run , swim everything a dog could wish for . Keep it up Matt and the gang , I love the dogs being involved in your day .

    I am not a dog person … even though I handled dogs when I lived in Tanzania. But I seriously don’t understand anyone complaining about your treatment of the dogs. They always look so happy and are enjoying your work and seems to think they are ( as they are ) members of your crew. If they run a head of you to a site they know what the job is and stops where there is a crashed/stucked car … I love to see them happy! But would not like to sit next to them after that swim. :)

    Your dogs are always happy and smiling! The only one I feel bad for is Ed after his choice in "refreshment" with the warm milk.
