An epic video! I do like the bags. There is a lot of brown in there. I sometimes feel that brown is an unfairly maligned colour, along with orange, but it is easy to have too much of either. Basically, they have suffered from the over-use they experienced in the 1970s, I feel. If you are on holiday, have a gala time. If you have now relocated, congratulations! Thank you for the video!

I keep wanting to check out the store and see if I can get some more insight into their manufacturing since I've noticed it's not done here in Oregon. That was disappointing to learn, but I'm sure the quality it fine, I had just hoped to support local artisans. Good luck on your move!

It's my understanding the manufacturing used to be done in Texas but has moved to Mexico. Curtis, the owner, has a house down there in addition to his place in Portland. I haven't seen any bags from the made in America line to compare if there's a difference but I've been happy with mine. Thanks for watching!

Hi! Are you able to purchase shoes in the outlet store, or just see them/try them on? I noticed they didn’t have many of any particular shoe as you showed around the store, and online it just says the exclusive place to try shoes.

The temperatures varied. I think they got as low as 40s or 50s overnight but as high as 90s some days. This was last week. Back in Houston now where it's 175 degrees.

Correct, there is no sales tax in Oregon.

I've been to the outlet a few times so don't remember what day this one was. Not sure about visiting before vs after lunch. Prices vary. They're not always the same as on the website. I've seen that are more expensive, for sure, especially unicorns. Certain colors cost more than others.

Can you dunk your portland leather bags? I found one i’d like to restore but there are no videos on how to repair them. It’s all scruffed up and want to know what things i can use to moisturize and get her back in shape.

I've never tried but I imagine you can, at least with some leathers, since it's done with vintage Coach bags which are also full grain leather. I'd watch videos on those for ideas on how to clean.
