I've been buying Coach bags since the age of 16. Coach started out and has remained a leather goods retailer. It never sold itself as a luxury bag company. My advice to the CEO is to not lose their focus. There is no reason to compete with Chanel or the French status bags. Stay with what they already are: A stellar Leather Goods Company making stellar leather goods (suitcases, backpacks, handbags, small leather goods) without the pretense and ridiculously high prices. You walk in the store, you pay a fair price for a fine, durable leather bag.
I wish Coach would go back to making bags the way they used to, with incredible leather. Even their 1941 bags aren’t the same quality as their vintage leather bags are. If they would use that wonderful leather and put out some new styles, I’m sure their sales would increase. I can’t be the only one who feels this way. Their website drives me insane. Great info. Thank you for sharing!

I'm so glad you mentioned the fake Coach sales! They've left such a sour taste in my mouth. The Coach Pillow Tabby came to the outlet and was priced at $220. I knew a sale was coming up so I held off on buying, and then when I went back to purchase sure it was 25% off, but they had bumped the price up to $330 first!! I haven't bought anything from Coach since I experienced this.

Same here. I was waiting to buy it even though $220 was a great price. They increased Tabby prices to $550 and decreased the discount.

Coach has made for outlet bags that are lesser quality than boutique bag but Danielle Mumar is talking about a boutique bag that went to the outlet (not lesser quality). This happens with Coach, too.

If you watch the higher level departments stores, their sale items will adjust to the special "% off" sales. Always keeps the price the same.
I remember Coach used to be very high quality, perfect stitching which gave even the big luxury brands a run for their money. But when I got older and started working at Nordstrom, I could tell a big difference between 1900's Coach, and mid to late 2000's Coach, and the glue was visible, everything made in China, and leather quality plummeted. I see they're trying to revive themselves, but it's hard to consider them a luxury brand when I dealt with so many returns of their products over the years.

I worked at Nordstrom for a while-in the handbags dept. most of the “Bridge” bags were overpriced garbage. Tory Burch being the absolute worst! I worked at the KOP store and the Philly mainliner crowd adores TB! They spent a fortune on that garbage! Same with Michael Kors! Ugh! I could not believe the amount of women buying his horrific bags. IMHO, the most under appreciated and great quality bags were the leather Longchamp bags! Really beautiful and great quality! I have a few that have worn beautifully through the years! You are so spot on!
I am over Coach and have been for years. I bought my first Coach bag in 1982. My closet was full of them in several different styles. They had their own unique style and stood out from the rest. Now they are like everybody else mimicking one another. The one thing the world has lost (especially fashion and entertainment across the board) is originality. Everything is a remake. I don’t want to buy the same thing I bought before (especially when the value and quality is less than the originals)!!!

1980's - 2000's had their Coach Poppy line, less expensive due to the troubled economy. They were bright and more inexpensive, but the quality suffered from their initial business model. Some are junky and being sold at bargsin prices on Ebay. Their materials and design did not age well. People who are only familiar with the Poppy line aren't familiar with the knowledge that Coach returned to real quality luxury leather goods a number of years ago. That's when I began purchasing their bags from a boutique that closed when the pandemic hit. They had become beautiful works of art by then. They were in an affordable price range of various tiers. I feel their look is now suffering again. Some Funky is fun, but some of it will never age well for the price tag. Nor will it be suitable for a broad range of women (or men) whose age will only advance thru years of wanting to enjoy carrying the bag they purvhased. We don't want to toss a wad of money at bags which have designs that will be a "flash in the pan". I get where Coach wants to attract a young generation of customers, but those people will grow up. And Coach should not disregard their older customers. We want quality, style, but don't feel we need to pay big bucks to be billboards for cartoonists and avant-garde fashion designers. Have a line of that stuff and go back to the leather artistry of your bags between 2015 and 2020.

And Coach used to be high quality leather lasting a lifetime! Distinctive and elegant works of art. Now they are crappy so I quit Coach.
I only buy vintage Coach bags anymore. I just don’t find most Coach bags worth the cost.& I saved up to by Coach in the 90s. And Coach supported their customers back then. Made us feel special. If you bought one of the legacy bags, they were guaranteed for life. I sent my much loved 1995 Pocket Bag back to have new leather binding - FOR FREE. Now you get a cost estimate for repairs or a discount on future purchases or lower quality bags. So thank goodness for the second hand market. That’s my “expressive luxury;”gorgeous, well-made, luxury bags at sub-$300 prices.
The best of Coach was prior to the 2000’s. Restored vintage is a great idea. There is nothing like original Coach, made in the US.

I came to the comments to say that. I was corporate at SW when they made the announcement internally.
I'm so glad someone addressed the issue of "fake sales"-marking up the price then putting the item on "sale", only to get it at the same price it was originally listed at! I have NEVER purchased an item they have done this to. Thank you for this very informative video!! 👏
Thoroughly enjoyed this information Autumn. Thanks for interpreting it for me. I'm a senior citizen & bought my first Coach bag in 1985! I loved their timeless silhouettes that I still carry today. My latest, a beautiful red bucket bag. In 2021, grandma got her first luxury handbag, the Pochette Metis, reverse monogram. I'm thrilled with it & between my Coach collection & my LV...it will carry me through...goodness, didn't mean for this to be so long. Love, love your channel!!!! Pam in Trxas
I used to love Coach in medical school. It was truly accessible luxury. However, a series of bad customer service experiences made me leave the brand. My tastes have also evolved.
Ahhh Coach! My first Coach bag, a simple, olive green rectangular one, was purchased back in the late 1970’s when I was in my early 20’s, living in Manhattan and working on Wall. Street. That bag lasted years-through three children and a 20+year marriage. It was a workhorse. Over life’s events and moves the bag was lost and I basically forgot about it. Then my daughter starred working at a Coach boutique in high school through college. This was during the cheesy “C” years but also when the brand was beginning to produce some nicer bags again. Off topic here: my daughter LOVED working for Coach. Her manager was great ( still friends), the people working there were great as was the money the store was pulling in. The location was stellar-directly across from LV so they used to get people who were ignored by LV and would rage-buy a ton of Coach. The 65% discount and a warning that the outlets had lesser quality bags were also good and good to know. Fast forward to lockdown. I got bored and purchased some old-school Coach bags from the 60’s and 70’s that needed TLC. The cost? I think $60 was the most I paid with the average being $40. My collection includes three Willis bags-red; Navy; Brown. Among others. I was thinking of selling some but after seeing your video, I am hanging on to them. As “luxury “ brands keep raising the price points, vintage is looking mighty more affordable. All it takes is elbow grease and patience to bring the bag back. Same with LV. I refuse to purchase new. Most of mine come from sellers in Japan and ai send them to the LV repair to gwt Vachetta replacement. Its worth the money and is always less than the price of a new bag. Don’t get me started with the fake sales-thats a Better Business Bureau report-to!
All of these reasons is why for the past two years and the foreseeable future I am sticking with vintage leather Coach and have moved away from Coach and to Dooney and Bourke. Dooney's leather especially in the Florentine collection is incredible and gets better with age.

Coach is probably my favorite brand if I had to pick one . I think it'll be interesting to see how this all plays out.
Part of why I have loved and chosen Coach over the years is that it is a classic and that at least last time I checked they stood behind the product they produced. My all time favorite bag is a Coach, the stitching was starting to fray and I took the bag into the store and it was fixed. If at any time the quality or the service starts to decline I will spend my money on another brand!
I love coach for their everyday bags, and don’t look at them as forever pieces. I opted for a coach diaper bag with my son, and it has held up so well, that I won’t be upgrading for my daughter. I’m really happy with that purchase, and I get compliments on it all the time.
@gma904

Exactly. They give me very good everyday pieces that I love and at a price that don’t make me feel guilty.
The all leather boutique coach bags are still made in China; the outlet products are now made in Vietnam b/c the Chinese labour cost are much higher than 20 years ago.
I bought a black pebble leather Coach bag in 1980 for $450.00. I have used it every winter, taken very good care of it. It is still perfect and I will be using it this winter. They use to make a great quality bag. I wouldn’t buy todays Coach.
Five years ago I bought my MIL an all leather bag from the regular store (not outlet) and with average use it was falling apart in under a year. A mostly canvas bag my sister has from 2000 is still perfectly fine.
😊Thank you for covering this topic so thoroughly! I couldn't believe how expensive the reloved pieces are on the website, and don't get me started on those fake sales. How can they know so little about their customers' habits and wants!
I bought a reloved Coach bag from them this past summer. I love it but it was not in as great condition as they stated nor did it look like it had been thoroughly cleaned up as well as it could have been. I’m going to give it a shampoo myself and condition it, but for 600+ dollars I shouldn’t have to! One reason I bought reloved from them was the cleanliness factor. I assumed it would have been completely sanitized.
One cool thing that could fall within the expressive luxury category could be the made to order stuff. The free customizations and the MTO Rogue. If they had offered customization on the new Revel, I might have gotten that one.
I just stumbled across your video and the part about the "fake sales" is SPOT ON!! I don't frequent the site as often as you mentioned but I have seen that several times. Thank you, thank you, thank you for pointing out to the companies who do this that there are a number of consumers who are NOT Idiots and we DO pay attention!!!! Your content was great!
Thanks for making this video Autumn! I noticed these changes in the Coach offerings because I fell in love with the Chaise bag. After quite a bit of browsing, I bought a new one with tags just today on Vestiaire Collective for $180. I was pretty happy with the deal. I have some Nolitas and some wallets as well, so I think that's where my Coach shopping will probably end. I hate it when brands are underhanded. Surely they don't imagine that consumers are as stupid as they would like us to be!!?? Much love from the Netherlands!! xxx
I only collect Coach. I love their styles and leather. I have alot of 1941 pieces that I love. I don't care if they want to attract younger people , but I hope they will still make things I like. While I have alot of 1941 older pieces, I also love their quilted and pillow items and have several. I don't understand why other countries get much more beautiful styles than us.
Great video, Autumn! I read the same article in Business of Fashion, and I am glad that you broke the article down because you helped me to understand Coach's new business model better. I rediscovered Coach in May after a decade-long hiatus. One of my most recent purchases was an Elise satchel. I saw the satchel in black on the boutique website and decided to add it to my wishlist since it was listed for C$390. The following day, I was on the outlet site and saw an Elise satchel in aqua on sale for C$190 plus a discount of 15%. I bought it straight away, but noticed that the original price mentioned was C$295 and not C$390 as stated on the boutique site. I understand that perhaps they were wanting to clearance the pretty aqua shade, but why original price discrepancy? Is it possible that the original price increased by nearly $100? That's a big mark-up! Anyway, I am now questioning the accuracy of Coach's pricing. If Coach is going to greatly mark-up a product just because it's on the boutique site, even when the same item sells for less at the outlet, then I will just stick to the outlet. Thanks, Autumn!!
I’ve changed my mind on a couple of items because of issues with the website! So frustrating! If they go up too much I will just switch to another brand, just that simple. Too many other great contemporary brands with reasonable prices and beautiful designs! Great video ❤️
Thanks for this. Thought of but unspoken before. I love my older Coach bags so much. Haven't bought many new ones since my cassies and rowans (had to have snoopy!) Thanks again.
Yes the website! Never actually keeps me signed in, sometimes have to refresh the page on a product to get all the pictures to show up, often times all of the available products do not show up when you select a certain category.. so on and so forth. I’ve really been enjoying @Coach items lately but yes, I noticed how they increase the prices on certain items right before they start a sale. Or they decrease the discount on items that are selling well (ie the pillow tabbies in the reserve) and it’s definitely a turn off. I’d much rather you have straight-forward sale exclusions than act like we didn’t just see you raise the price by 10-20%. We can see you 😅
I have a collection of Coach bags which I absolutely love! And it IS the sense of enjoyment I get from wearing them, more than anything, though the compliments are nice too! 🤩
Amen to fixing the websites! I can confirm that I, for one, just gave up after struggling to buy a couple of pieces. Those I did get were not worth the hassle. Coach used to be all about the leather, and I miss that. Thinner, less expensive materials have completely dimmed my excitement about this brand. I cherish my 90s Willis bag, but much of the newer items are not for passing down.
I’m a coach employee and I always find your videos enjoyable. I will say, a lot of us do agree with that you have to say in this video.

Well said Autumn. I own a few Coach bags from the early 2000’s that I paid up for at the Coach boutique, not outlet. They aren’t trendy but are well made and timeless. That’s what Coach means to me. As for the outlets, if they change their discount strategy here, they’re toast.
Great information! I am a reseller and occasionally find Coach bags out in the wild and I am RARELY impressed with the quality. I have only purchased one. Turned out to be early 2000’s.
I loved everything you had to say. All of the topics were completely on point. I hope Coach do see this video, because you did a beautiful job.
Im so happy I'm not the only one who noticed Coach's fake sales! I purchased a bag from them before the "sale" for $112, then later the next day it was like $179 + 15 or 20% off. I thought it was super shady and really turned me off from them for a hot minute. I also purchased a bag at an authorized retailer that had damaged stitches. Thats when I found out they will not repair your bag (even if its defective) unless it purchased through them directly.

Ugghh. In fact, I’ve bought too many recently ! We’ll see how things are going forward! Thanks for your always good information !
Super interesting and informative! Their new strategy sounds intriguing but I definitely agree with you about their consumers expecting affordability which is what Coach has been offering for years. Hopefully we will not be seeing LV prices anytime soon. I wonder if that would increase the value of our existing items though? 😀
Thanks for keeping us informed !!
Great points. In addition to fake sale - When Coach boutique and Coach Outlet also has the same item on sale - the Coach Outlet has that item a lot cheaper on the reserve section. TFS. Great videos.💕
Thanks for this alert, Autumn. Great video. I buy regularly from Coach, both bags and SLGs, so I'm concerned to hear about the new business model. And you are spot on about the technical problems with their damn websites. In the UK I never seem to get the same web pages twice in a row. It's so frustrating.
their items make great gifts for people everyone seems to always enjoy them and you’re absolutely right people buy from them because you get the quality for the right price ☺️ Great video
I couldn't agree with you more. Your analysis is spot on. I was gifted my first Coach purse when I was in 7th grade. It lasted me all the way through high school. I quit buying them in the early 2000's because they were cheap and was gifted another around 2014 and I loved it. They were on a great design streak for several years, offering quality and functionality - for me that means lots of pockets on the outside and simple but beautiful bag designs in a variety of colors. The last one I purchased, the Penny Bag in a rich green, was at Christmas last year. They haven't had any new designs that I've liked this year and I've pretty much given up going to their site. I understand the need to diversify their customer base but I think they flipped the triangle on its head by focusing on a demographic that may not have the income to purchase their products. They should have increased options for their loyal customer base and then funneled down. I have always been loyal to the brand because of the quality and functionality but they have really strayed away from these designs. I too, have noticed their sale trickery and so I'm pretty much done with the brand at this point. Thanks for sharing this deep dive.
I love the classic Coach bags !!
My first Coach purchase was in 1996, I loved their bags then, they were beautiful thick gorgeous leathers, I wish I had a few of those bags back, I sold cause I was tired of them.😢
I went on a coach craze in 2020 and purchased too many bags, with the majority given away to my friends. I wanted to take advantage of the summer sale at the time and found everything too cute. But when it arrived in person the majority of the pieces weren’t what I was expecting quality wise. A big problem I kept having were the clasps of the handles/straps didn’t have enough resistance and were easily opened. This caused some of the bags’ straps to fall off when I wore them. Also I got a tabby shoulder like bag (the boxier version with red and tortoise buckle closure) and that had a lot of scratches on it. Unfortunately I wasn’t near a place to ship it back and felt like it was too much effort, because I could’ve technically hide the large scratch with the flap. But I never wore it. The only bag I have now is the coach cassie 19. It’s my ride or die non luxury handbag. I’m considering purchasing another in white or finding the soft tabby shoulder, but when I realized they increased the price…it’s a bit too high for what I would like to pay for coach. I haven’t found the white one on sale yet.
Great video and a very insightful assessment of the article you read. Love your three pieces of advice for Coach - now get them to listen to you, lol!
I do own Boutique Coach bags as well as Outlet bags. The Outlet bags are not made as well as they used to be. I had to have 2 totes repaired from the Outlet because the straps were ripping! They were new. I am through with Coach Outlet and I am shopping Kate Spade, which is also owned by Tapestry.
Thank you for mentioning Coach's terrible website, I actually thought that they didn't care whether I bought their bags or not. Coach needs several CEOs to continue to connect with their past and future target groups, and you would definitely make a great one
Coach will always be my first fashion handbag love. My favorite was the patchwork collection. It’s unmatched 🔥🔥🔥
I was gifted a Coach duffel back in 2013. It came from a high end department store and was very well made and held up for 8 straight years with every day HARD use. I will pay the equivalent amount of the purchase price to have it restored, mostly a brand new lining and touch up on the outside. I will NOT purchase another Coach ever again. One word for their selection GAWDY! Not classic! I am currently SAVING little by little for my LV NEVERFULL GM. Other than those two pieces that will be my entire designer collection. Coach can kiss my A$$! I do not want or need graffiti on a $600 designer bag - but real quality leather, and a classic antique - that’s more my style! I’m sure they will survive without me, just as I will survive without their overpriced, disposable, ugly, new pieces. It is official that we must part ways! Thank you so much for this video! I truly learned a lot! Sad - Coach was a solid competitor in the 1980’s. God bless you! Stay safe! ❤😊
You're right. As Coach prices goes up, I've instead thought I'd save a little more and get something else... like some of the Louis Vuitton pieces are becoming affordable in contrast... why get Coach when I can get LV instead? Great video.
Liked and enjoyed the Vlog. I agree on everything you said...so on point. I just bought the new fabric Ruby 25 Satchel bag. It arrived without the tissue inside the bag and it looked like it was a return bag. I called them about how disappointed I was on the packaging. The price tag was written on the coach tag as well. It appeared to be a store model maybe and they took it off the shelf and put into the shipping box. At least it came with a purse protector bag. I paid with Tax 500 and I expected to recieve it in perfect unwrapped condition. I called customer service and they gave me 10 percent back for my trouble. The one thing I look forward to when opening a coach bag is the wrapping part. I feel like it's Christmas to unwrap everything and to experience unveiling the purse. Thank you for the video Iove coach but after this last purchase I am having second thoughts now.
I actually still love Coach and I’ve had no issues with their website. I got lucky with all my purchases. I did notice the fake sales though.
I love the pieces I have, I treated myself to the Mollie tote in 2020 after spending the better part of the year recovering from ankle surgery. I have a few other pieces that I also love, the zip card case is my 'go-to' wallet. I do wish they'd bring back the town tote though, I've been keeping my eyes open for a camel brown town tote, clearly pre-loved ;)
There was a major difference from when Coach shoes were made by Jimlar and today. And I did see fluctuations with quality to drive the customer base at the time (the sneaker with leather upper and lining did not do well due to the price.) I did notice the change in image, which is neat. Being I entered the handbag business as well, it this is fascinating. Since you mentioned accessible luxury, Ralph Lauren has recently done the same thing with the Lauren brand by switching to full grain leather and luxury details. Even the shoes have switched to burnished calf and some are all leather.
Sales devalue a brand. I watch the Coach groups and no one is. In a hurry to buy because everything goes on sale.
I too saw the bait and switch of the sale. I've been watching this bag since April and noticed the increase price. I was disappointed in the tricky and said I won't be buying any Coach anytime soon because of the discounted dishonesty. Trust means alot to me. They need to get things right and back like before. Also, Michael Kors is doing the same thing with their sale. I'm taking a break until I see fair prices again. Thanks for the info.👌🏾
Thank you for this informative video
You WOULD be a great CEO. 😊 Loved that you pointed out the fake sale...I've noticed that.
You are right about the raising of the price to marking it down . They did it recently with the Labor Day sale .
I’ve been poking around lately and contemplating purchasing my second COACH bag…thank you for the tips to help me make a smart purchase. Perfect timing!

There's alway "The Real Real" where they are really accessible.
Yes absolutely…. I love the new Coach, and I love that they brought back the metal Coach tag back out. I will definitely go back to the new funky Coach….
Agree, agree, agree!!! I would be your second in command. I hate their website. I am a loyal customer and I mostly buy from the boutiques but even I noticed the prices spiking for the outlet. Sometimes you need to just leave well enough alone. Just stick to your regular process.
Great video. I also have noticed that there were basically no sales the last time I was at the Coach Outlet. I am going to start punching quality leather bags from TJ Maxx, Marshalls , Etc instead.
Great video Autumn, you are an encyclopedia of knowledge on brands and thank you for sharing.
This is a A wonderful high level overview of the changes in coach. I have loved coach since I was a preteen and started collecting more coach bags now that my finances will allow. However I I'm very particular about price point and I appreciate your comment about the fake sales. I was An assistant buyer for a major retailer in New York and this is not a new game That Coach is playing. This is basic retail. I agree it's incredibly disrespectful and I appreciate you talking about it and getting The information out there. When I became an assistant buyer I was appalled when I would go on buying trips buying leather goods for penny's and going back to my office and marking it up 4000%. This is one of the reasons I got out of the game. The key is not to succumb to FOMO. The bag you're looking for is out there if you're willing to do the research and be patient. I am all for luxury but I love having my coin as well. I have watched a particular bag over the last 2 years and I finally jumped on it last week when the price came down 85%. This bag Is in a color that is not neutral and some people will not purchase for that reason however she is gorgeous in my personal opinion and I am now a very proud owner. She's probably on her way to being discontinued and that's why her price was slashed. That's fine with me because she is PERFECT for my needs and I didn't have to eat RAMEN noodles for a year to save up 😅😝🤪. Keep up the wonderful work.
Yes, just bought a Coach Raincoat. Coach is always on my list. Btw, I own two color ways of the Hermes Concerto 90 Scarf!
Amber - I agree with EVERYTHING you said. If we could vote you in as Coach CEO, I’d vote for you. I hope Coach watches this!
Oh gosh, What a cute and unusual scarf! Love it!
I think some of the best leather bags being sold are from the small artisan companies like KMM & Co., Go Forth Goods, Portland Leather Goods etc. Great leather bags at reasonable prices. They don't have the status of a luxury house but they offer great quality products.
I agree completely. I've missed out on items after purchasing then told no longer in stock. Purchase not going through due to website not working. I've stayed loyal but it is difficult when you have webste and quality issues
You are so well spoken and make very good points that Coach ought to take into consideration.
Yep!! "Coach fix your websites"! And sure you're ABSOLUTELY RIGHT about coach!🙃😉💯 I've noticed what they are doing also!?
I like the RELOVED idea but yes, more pieces, better prices, etc! I love me some COACH but i have noticed several of their bags are now $795-1,295 especially with the newer collections!

Just wait for sales. They slash the prices.
Love this. You hit the nail on the head 👍!
I love that you talk about things I don’t see on other channels. Your thoughts on the bags with wallets on the front 🤣🤣
I need a vintage Coach handbag professionally repaired and perhaps cleaned. I love my Coach handbag it just looks a little shabby; no holes or broken pieces.
My bf gave me a studio shoulder bag in heart print and I loved it had it for a week and it was peeling around the trim, called customer service and they couldn't send me a new one since they were sold out..... I saw it in the outlet website 3 weeks later and way cheaper.
I really love my coach bag and Michael kors bags are nice too
So well said! I agree with you wholeheartedly.
Great video thanks for sharing 😊..I did try a restored bag and actually I almost kept it, but the attempt to fix (rather than replace) the hardware, even though it was pretty darn good, just wasn't enough for the price. If they can get better at it, it will be a success I believe.
Hi Autumn, Thank you for thoughts and information on Coach. Here’s some information for you. Your right Coach is owned by its own company. Coach renamed itself Tapestry in 2017. It also owns Stuart Weitzman and Kate Spade.
You are so right on everything!!
Very good points you are making there Autumn!
Totally agree with you …the last Coach I purchased was the Cassie… because it is identical to LV design,,, but that website makes me frustrated and I end up not buying!
You do belong leading the way for Coach… Excellent! 👏😍 (They’d be wise to listen to your advice given here.)
Coach has great shoes. I love the Waverly pump. The shoes are very underrated.
Interesting video! I think it's smart of Coach to shift to the "feelings and values" model, as that's where the younger buyers want. I've shopped on Coach Outlet for years and the price manipulation is nothing new. In fact I've seen "sale" prices that are higher than the original prices around the holidays. NOT cool, but I'm sure it's pretty common. Have you seen the prices of Tory Burch go up and up and up I've noticed as more YT fashion influencers show them, their prices increase too. Also, I saw on MK the other day they have a "pre-loved" section too. You can list your own used bags on this area of their website. Cool idea but I wonder how well it's actually working.
I like the Coach bags which used to weigh about 7 pounds before you even put so much as a Q-Tip in it😂 I still ride for the brand though, there’s always something to interest me and also, I can always find unique back in the day pieces on E-Bay.

So it ain't me then...ok! My hardware broke n my bag fell 2 the ground...n a bathroom...I almost burned it right there. I'm sending it back. Not an 800$ bag n the hardware separated less-then 6months later. I'm livid!
i love coach i love my outlet bags they come out with so many nice colors and silhouettes🌈🤗
Ughh the website!!!! Soooo true!!!!
I am hoping we get more customizations, I fell back into love with coach after a good decade of zero love. I like the removed bags I hate the price. I buy vintage all the time, they should have a pre loved resale platform. Also I noticed the price increase. Yup I have seen the fake sales, I actually see better deals at other retailers, oh yeah I don't trust the coach company right now, but I am struggling with how they dye leather, so I feel better buying used so I am not adding to more toxic chemicals. I will admit I am moving to vegetable tanned leather more.
I recently bought my first Coach cause I knew they'd have decent quality. So many luxury brands are just canvas or whatever. But for 400 I got a stylish classic bag.
Preach It and Amen!
Tapestry also owns Kate Spade and several other luxury handbag companies tapestries goal is to make money. All they want is the green, they don’t care about the consumer anymore. This happened about five years ago when Tapestry bought out Coach & Kate spade at the same time, the similarities that started happening between the two lines of bags. At that time they stopped with any kind of real warranty. I used to be a Coach & Kate Spade handbag specialist in a luxury retail store during the time when the buyout happened. They’ve also stopped making Coaches in America and have decreased quality requirements for primary sales. I used to only purchase Coach bags and not sure that I will anymore.
I agree 100%, and the website is a nightmare. I ordered a bag with matching wallet and 2 weeks later they tell me the bag was actually sold out. So I'm stuck with a bright red wallet and no bag to go with it.
I'm loving your high end bags ❤❤
