Biggest ancient debree vein I found was 2 , but I found 9 one time on the intersection of a chunk boarder. I’m also not sure chunk boarders make a difference though.

If you’re in bedrock edition you can’t but on Java you can put any enchant on anything

For XP: you need a raid farm or a gold farm or a guardian farm, it gives you way more xp tbh
