the reason they were all so cheap is because you were looking at active auctions, they for sure are not going to actually sell at that price. You should have filtered the search to only show "Buy it now" listings. Also the ones that WERE listed cheap and Buy It Now, most had "Read Description" in the description, meaning most likely those items were broke and that's why they were selling for so cheap and they say so in the description, if you read it.

I think sarah should check the product first, when satisfied then handover the money. She should also carry an powerbank with her so she could check dead phones at the spot.
