Hey. I had a huge tree branch fall on my car. Put a big dent in one panel and a bunch of small dents in the roof. Broke a tail light and rear spoiler. Insurance covered all but the deductible, and I even got a discount on the deductible because they couldn't replace the luggage rack that got dented without a bunch of other stuff happening. The body shop had it for two weeks. Then I had to take it back because when they pulled out one of the dents they pulled off the paint. Make sure to THOROUGHLY check your car before you take it off of the body shop lot.

Hey! Yeah, when it comes to appearance, I'm not too worried about it. It didn't seem like anything major happened dent wise. I am just mainly worried about that windshield. I'm hoping I get it back by Friday, but holiday weekend so who knows lol. But I plan on thoroughly checking it out with the individual there while I'm still at the shop. First time ever needing to deal with insurance so I'm a little anxiety filled.
