“Are you using us?” Is absolutely an expected question if the guy is grumbling about the free sandwiches he was eating. Imagine what else he must’ve been throwing off vibes about in a structured environment. JLaw must not realize just how many riders who can run up front would FULLY EMBRACE a free ride to all rounds with good free equipment and a training facility there are out there. A few probably live within 30 minutes of that facility. More to the story sure, but that more probably only further blackens the eyes of Jason himself.

I'm just flabbergasted that J-Law is still alive. No one can accuse him of not getting the most from his short-lived fame when it came to having fun with the ladies. Unfortunately, there's just too much money in professional racing these days for teams to take a chance on a known f#%k-up. Since he IS still alive, then I'd have to assume that he learned a multitude of valuable lessons since he had to learn them the hard way. Those are the ones that you appreciate the most because you went through so much 💩 to get through them, and at 38 years old, I'm sure he doesn't want to repeat any of them. I can't help but want to pull for him and see him do something good before hanging up his boots for good. On a separate note, Ferrandis is racing arenacross? Wow, what a waste of unbelievable talent. He should still be at the front at real AMA supercross races not dicking around with kids, wannabes and never-weres.

Not sure how many other riders they have but it just seems like Lawrence has been out of it for so long that it just isn't even close to the same level. He really was talented in his day but every once in a while just seemed to derail and just fucked around with super high level riders who were putting their entire life into the deal. honestly sounds like he wants to race now more to have something to talk about at the strip club or after party and that's cool I guess just hope he doesn't start taking people out like stupid fries guy

Another wandering amber in the flames of life that JLaw let ignite a fire where there not need be one. Are we nearly two decades beyond where that type of behavior from a 20ish year old was seen as acceptable or cool? Makes all the run ins and issues he had back in his hay day appear to be even more of his own making, putting yet another feather in the cap of his haters, and the absolute worst part is he hasn’t grown out of it. The chance to come back and showcase talent after realizing much about life, addressing mistakes, and therefore becoming a role model, just went up in flames at the hands of flame boy himself. Those chicks on the road gonna get nastier and nastier at the age of 36, AND they are going to require much more inebriation to be around. This should end well.

I'm also 36, and I got my shi* together again in 2018 and got back on the bike and never looked back. I ride/race every weekend and race some good events during the year (Daytona RCSX). Got married 3 years ago and my wife now rides pitbikes with me and I bought her a Honda Navi recently. I remember Jlaw in his prime and now, I just wish he would get his priorities straight, start riding and racing. He could easily have a successful KZread channel or something in the industry if he just got his head on straight.

Jlaw may not be good for the sport…why so much hype for a guy who needs a sponsorship to race mx so he can pick-up chicks in the cities where he races? Hmmm, maybe a few character and moral issues to begin with…and I haven’t read anywhere if he was riding at the pace of the club mx guys….the sport has moved-on in technique, speed, and training from the days when he was a sometime “star”. Wish him well.

Sometime star. He has a SX title and style of riding that people loved to watch (including Ricky) which can't be replicated easily with relentless training and technique drills. I think it would be great for the sport to see someone in the mix doing it a bit different even if it doesn't win championships. 99.9 percent of all dirt bike riders out there aren't being groomed to win titles since they were 3 years old. The sport risks becoming a boring playground for the elites if you don't enrich it with bohemians.

@@tf-lv4zu yeah…good points, but I don’t want a druggie, immoral pos representing my sport…not a problem though, ‘cause jlaw doesn’t have the character to race well again.

sorry J law fans, but it's not looking good for him when after all these years he's still making his personal life desires a bigger priority than building upon his natural talent on a bike... did you catch that at 3:52 min...?

1st. would really like to know what happened? 2nd. JLaw came out of nowhere ba k to the sport …He doesnt have the speed, so what was the real plan. 3rd. Of course he want Phoenix Honda to pick up the Tab, that is what a sponsor does…so why the hate in that side? 4th. I still hold the down fall of Hill against J-Law he was a horrible influence.

Unless we know why someone got the idea to insult him was a good thing. I really don’t think you can point a finger exclusively at Jason. It sounds they wanted a wedding ring for their investment. Jason just wanted a non committal relationship. I bagged on Jason too long not to see he’s come a long way. His seeing the silver lining is definitely not the old Jason.
