Tim, it was great to meet you, Braxton, and Sarah in Kodak. I have been under the weather and Dad fell a couple of weeks back which landed him in the hospital with a possibly lifelong spinal cord injury. As a previous Safety Director for a trucking company I can report 1st hand that doing a Data Q on that will get you nothing without getting a dismissal of the court on that state citation. Tim you stated you have a dash cam. If that dash cam shows you were wearing your seat belt when you entered the scales. You need to take that footage to trial. Have him put on the stand and testify to what he saw and wrote you a citation for. Then you need to show that footage as evidence and prove the officer to be lying under oath. Get with Rob jr. he will point you in the right direction. You will need a lawyer worth his salt that is not scared to piss off the KSP. Tim do this not only for your reputation as a driver and for the reputation of your company but all the other little guys out there trying to make it. All the best to you and the family.

@@Frankie--da-fixer ABS is not Ann out of service just a violation. If DOT violates you you get I believe you just correct it and it is removed. The service brakes were not malfunctioning and although we did not see in the video he said he was going g to check to see why the light was on. If you loo, at the dash the next morning there was no warning in the information display. As for the seat belt they likely took a snapshot 30 miles down the road and we know those cameras want to see if you are on the phone not whether you are wearing a seatbelt but if the AI camera say violation they going to write it up not concern with how this effect your business. Same as how inspections reduce your HOS. Just being realistic here seatbelts have no effect on how safe you operate a veh8cle could it save you in the event of an incident yes but they have also contributed and ABS is a braking assiss and only required to operate if truck or trailer is equipped it's only activated when you stab the break without releasing it is to prevent skids but if you control brake it's the same process hence why it is not an out of service unless it was previously violated and not repaired. I've not seen him transport any cargo unsafely and has several videos of keeping his equipment safe. He has even wanted his equipment inspected after making repairs. But I see you are just making a comparison.

However, I was really disappointed to see that most of it was of the dashboard, the ground, sidewalk, etc. it seemed like you had to get a video posted and had very little content to use. I hope your new video team can get some quality content. I loved watching you, your dad, Devin, Waddie, Braxton and the rest of your team working on the trucks, laughing, and really enjoying being together. I truly miss the “ good old days” of this channel. The quality of the content isn’t there anymore. Before you and some of your subscribers label me a hater, you can forget it. I wouldn’t still be here if I was a hater. However, I will always speak the truth even though it might not be what you want to hear. There are a lot of subscribers who do the same thing because they care about you, your family, your employees and your success. You do those honest and sincere subscribers a disservice when you ignore their well-intentioned comments. Of course, it’s your channel to do what you want to with.

I’ve heard he was gonna do KZread full time and build trucks, I’m gonna have a fleet of cab overs, I’m gonna farm, I’m gonna do dirt work, I’m gonna get big, I’ve lost it all, going to the next level, all that crap till he’s blue in the face, and TO THIS DAY he’s never finished a single project. Wrong spot for the scale. Scale is between 29 and 38. If you get off at 41 going northbound, you’re already at the north end of London and well past the scale. Can’t dodge it that well anyway if it’s actually open. They have cameras set up on 25 northbound towards London just after you turn off 25E at malfunction junction.

Good to see you back I'm glad you learned your lesson that! Can't be bringing a third wheel in! We all know the mayhem it caused for you, everyone knew that was going to happen it was going to happen we all called warning shots! Hope everything's fine between you and the wife and everything worked itself out! You have to watch out, who you bring in on board I'm bless her heart she means well but wolves in sheep clothing as a Bible puts it, everyone could see the Mrs face not too happy about the whole situation but she just went with it! But keep it up start tracking down on getting videos out! Family marital issues family problems keep that personal not on the internet nobody needs to know and your original plan wanting to put your life out there 24/7 every little thing nope absolutely not! Long as you're putting out a video once or twice a week you're fine but will you come down to putting your life on the internet 24/7 it affects every aspect of your life all the way down to your insurance policies your banking your assets everything and you don't want to go that route The less is more!

When are they going to get you for all the rotten and missing wood on the trailer? I have been watching from day 1 and I don't recall ever seeing new wood on your trailers. You have talked about how clients want to see you roll up in clean, safe trucks and trailers, but that doesn't seem to apply to your trailers. Sorry, but that one looks awful. I hope I'm not behind you when a big piece of the wood comes flying off. In fact, I hope NOBODY is behind you when that happens.

up here in milwaukee where I was born and raised I took so many trips to Chicago and heard and seen so many horror stories of trips from my stepdad from the crime to the tight squeeze. in 92 my stepdads company had a brand new peterbilt that sat for 6 months because they didn't trust ppl with the long hood in Chicago. My stepdad took it and it sucked for the tight squeeze. but after all his owned smaller hood and bunk 70s and 80s peterbilts. Then brand new 90s freightliner and ant eater kenworth double bunk. Got in the 1992 Pete and it was what planted the seed of peterbilts being the hotrod semi!! My dream was to drive semis from child on and I turn 39 in 2 weeks and wish I could get into it. I can drive long distance but have a shit spine so physically loading crap wouldn't work.
