In today’s Brookhaven, I got adopted by Santa. Maya is very excited to spend Christmas with her friends at the adoption center. However, most of my friends got adopted right before Christmas. Who will she spend Christmas with now? Maya decided to run away from the adoption center because she wanted to find a nice family and home for Christmas. That would be her biggest wish come true. On the street, she asked someone if they could adopt her, but people just walked by. Maya started to give up, but then she ran into a big man with a long beard. Was this Santa? Of course, it was. Maya was so happy to run into Santa. Santa asked her what she was doing out in the cold all alone. Maya explained why and Santa felt very bad for her. Santa took her on a ride on his sleigh to the North Pole. Maya was so happy that she was able to spend Christmas with Santa and Misses Claus. Maya met the rest of her new family at the North Pole and couldn’t believe how lucky she was to be there. If you want to know how Maya spends her Christmas, you must watch this video until the end.
