It's a great shop knife. Prior to this one I'd been using my Demko AD20.5. This one cost 1/4th that so I'm not nearly as concerned about damaging the Heron as I was my Demko for sure.

Now that is a knife. Sure beats my Fisher Price knife. Those chop sticks look lethal to me if my wife had them. Thanks for the videos.

That’s a chunky knife but very nice. I use fixed bladed knives but a wee folder would be quiet handy to have
