Overall, would you say this was an easier surgery than your original? I understand you had issues the first time. I am nervous about replacing mine due to my unpleasant/painful first experience. Thanks so much for sharing!

I would say the experience this time was 10x better. Going over the muscle seems to have an easier recovery in general, I was back on my feet pretty quickly this time over the muscle and previously vs. my first initial under the muscle. The lift adds more recovery time, but not time where I'm on bed rest. Overall, much much happier this time around. I'd assume if I only did a replacement and they used the same entry point as my original, it would have been even easier.

Thank you for sharing! I wish I had more information 20 years ago when I had my implants put in. It is good for women to hear all different points of view before making a decision. I had mine removed 11 years later because of painful capsular contractures. I had a breast lift at that time and I am back to my regular B cup (I had gone up to an F cup). My original reason for the implants was because of sagging from breast feeding. The implants did take up that slack for sure. I had an amazing surgeon who did a great job (did both my surgeries). I am so happy with my lift and youthful looking breasts now, I wish I had done this surgery in the beginning instead of the implants. We all have to make the choice that is right for us. Just sharing my experience as I said I think it is good for women to hear many points of view. Happy for you that you found a good surgeon you trust. You look fabulous 💖!!

Been watching your channel for awhile, and I think you have great content. However I can't understand why women who live a "healthy" lifestyle are willing to put bags of silicone in their bodies just to have perky" boobs. There really is nothing healthy about breast implants, nor will there ever be. Love yourself for who you are. Breasts do not define you. Wear a supportive bra and get on with life. There are so many videos out here of women who are having the implants removed because they leaked, they have tons of scar tissue around them, and other complications that can lead to all sorts of health problems.

Maybe you could ask why instead of ridiculing others for there choices. So glad u wanted to let all of us how u disagree - breast maybe well obviously don't define you but that doesn't mean it is wrong if someone else wants to upgrade there appearance , the fact that in the video she actually explains why and what and not for everyone you are being very judgmental of someone who is being venerable - you don't have to me up someone's ass and agree with every part of them - people are different and it's ok to be different e specially if there putting out there story for the world to see !! That may be how you personally feel and that’s fine, for you. Many women, including myself get implants for a variety of reasons. There is nothing explicitly unhealthy about it and to judge someone for it is not right. It’s a personal decision. If you feel so strongly about what you said, then I’d expect you to keep that same energy for any woman who…dyes her hair, gets a tooth implant or veneers, wears makeup, etc. etc. All of these things are putting something non-natural in or on our bodies - changing our appearance in some way. Implants are simply more polarizing for people it seems, but it’s no difference. There certainly are women who have issues with implants. That’s understandable as yes, it is a foreign object in our bodies. BII is still not a medical diagnosis though, nor do the symptoms related to it impact more than 1.5% of women with implants. I’m not encouraging anyone to get them, this is only my journey. What really does bother me though is the assumption that someone doesn’t “love themselves” because they get implants. Like all the things I mentioned above, wanting to change something (big or small) isn’t a direct reflection of our self love or self worth and doesn’t define me at all.

  • @LoveSweatFitness

    @LoveSweatFitness

    9 ай бұрын

It’s not a medical diagnosis and the symptoms that some experience which is called BII are experienced by less than 1.5% of women who get implants. Those women’s experiences are valid too, it didn’t work for them. But it’s still a small number and doesn’t define the whole.

So dangerous I wish women would feel more confident in their bodies and realize there’s nothing wrong with small breasts. Small real boobs are cuter than fake medium sized ones that look and feel like rocks. Since I was age 12 I’ve been a D-cup and it’s not what women think it is. Men just stare for no reason, and a man who really loves you will accept you the way you are

There is nothing wrong with small breasts. There is also nothing wrong with wanting to get implants. This is all your personal preference and experience, not everyone shares the same view :) I was naturally very large chested since I was young. After I lost all my weight, my chest went with it. I felt like a part of me was missing and wanted it back. Glad I did! I’ve had my implants for 12 years now and never had an issue, which is statistically the same for most women who get them. Obviously it’s surgery and has inherent risks. Again, a personal decision.

I agree it is a personal decision. I personally never lost my boobs when I lost 50lbs; actually when I’m heavy my boobs and butt tend to “disappear” and when I slim down they stand out but that may be because I’m latin and an hourglass. A “b” cup after implants isn’t bad they don’t stand out like super fake huge ones. I think if you gained15-20lbs you’d like prettier and fuller just my opinion

@@valentinakren8816 You have some lucky genetics then! Gaining 15-20 lbs would not put me at a healthy weight :) I've been 45 lbs heavier and every step down. This is where my body is at it's best and unfortunately, we can't target fat gain to the areas we may like it.

Thank you ☺️ May I ask what Jean size you wear and what height? I’d guess a size 4 and 5’5 but just a guess

I have a question. I thought women with hashmitos disease are NOT supposed to get implants because of implant illness? Sorry, but I think this is very unnecessary😂 but you do you girlfriend!

There is absolutely no negative link between hypo and implants. What I do with my body is my decision and what you find unnecessary doesn't matter. Saying that to someone is really not ok to do.

Let me guess!? The ones who have a negative opinion either want or need alterations but cant afford it? 🙄

It's disappointing to see this kind of content on a channel that thrives on being healthy and body positivity. It's almost like this video was sponsored by the doctor who performed the surgery.

This content is my experience with surgery and how I kept myself healthy pre and post. I often share my life experiences on this channel and getting implants doesn’t make someone unhealthy, nor does it have anything to do with body positivity.

@LoveSweatFitness it 100% does have everything to do with body positivity unless the surgery was medically necessary 🙄 Also you implied earlier in a comment that implants were "healthy". That's crazy considering there are many risks associated with them.

@@FitnessBunny221if you get implants, you are told to have surgery again every 10-20 years like she mentioned so it was medically necessary to undergo a second procedure. There are few risks associated with the implants, except for the detection of breast cancer which is why you have to undergo additional imaging. If you had the means to change something about your appearance, why wouldn’t you take the opportunity? This comment is medically unnecessary if anything.

@CS-wu8ri Why not love yourself and your appearance? 😊 I'm not here to go back and forth. I just don't think we need to be pushing plastic surgery, that is all.

Katie please don’t rush to exercise you don’t want to have surgery again it will delay your recovery ❤️‍🩹. You look great. But then you always did. No jumping jacks for you. Take great care of your health and body. You have a great husband to help you out.
