What about an international student?(students who have done their pre-med/undergrad in the US) Are there scholarships available for international students as well?

There are definitely merit based scholarships for international students and 3rd party scholarships. Depending on your visa status you may be able to qualify for need based aid , but this is determined by the individual school.
