honestly respect to you for mentioning URM as your first factor lol. not to invalidate your achievements (4 pubs and emt woop woop) but it sucks seeing URMs act like their identity was not a big factor for their application.. it is definitely an x-factor. but you sound like a great humble person, wish you the best!
