The first time I heard "lose control" I was in the gym. I never carry my phone with me there. I HAD CHILLS, felt something really deep and emotional, I ended up running around asking strangers to Shazam the song for me, it was akward and people looked at me not really nicely but I couldn't let that song end without knowing WHO THAT MAN WAS😍

I had the pleasure of meeting and seeing him live many times. This dude is the real thing. So happy he’s getting the recognition and paise he deserves.

Love this man's heart and soul. It must be a GA thing. I just found out that he is from Conyers which is where my logistics manager lives and his parents live in Loganville where my best friend lives. I am manifesting my family's move to FL in August. I made the decision at the end of April that we were making the move. Told my landlord that we are moving out 1 yr after signing our lease. Staying with my mom for 3 months to get her set before we move out of state for the next 2 years. now getting the details settled with moving my family and business out of state. Everything is flowing like it's a move that's meant to be. This is scary as hell but exciting at the same time. So very happy for him that his dreams have come true. The Door....the first time I heard it....got me pumped and now it is my theme song for this life change. Thank you!

Love Teddy! Ty very much for this interview. Its a blessing to get to know him on a deeper level. I seen him in kc a couple years ago and we could submit questions online before the concert. I asked about his relationship with his grandfather (preacher). Figured he would give generic answer but he didn't. Spoke around five minutes about it. It was cool. Love this interview, you asked great questions.

Teddy I have been watching you since you did the covers for Michael Jackson and he's from the beginning and I've had faith in you and I need somebody should discover you and find the talent that you got cuz I absolutely love your voice I love your looks dude I'm glad you made it it just throws me to see you getting as far as you have cuz I always knew you had the talent because you were always one of my favorite people and I have you on my playlist. You should interview Jacoby Shaddix from Papa Roach.

Teddy, I hope your record deal was a really good one, because you would have made it with out a record deal, and you would have way more power. Tom Mc Donald for instance....

I'm going to be honest here. Teddy Swims, ....not a fan of the music. However, I may have just found a likeability in the person. It seems strange for someone who expresses so much emotional intelligence to be unsure and almost afraid of being changed by going to therapy. At 42 I have just started going to therapy myself, mainly because I now have insurance that covers 85% of it, but also because I reached the reality that even therapists see therapists. Nobody is above seeking therapy. It's an awesome way to hear yourself and get new perspectives on life's challenges as well as reset your focus for your personal goals. Highly recommend taking that leap! It will only change you in the areas you're ready to change because you still have to make the changes. LOVE the mention of artists finding an ability to create from a healed place of flourishing. My GOSH, YES we need more of this. I hate that the difference genre's of music are so stereotyped to lyrical content and appearances and not just sound. I REALLY hope to see these barriers busted down. I want more triumphant music or songs about deeply loving and enjoying the mundane things in our everyday lives.
