Re-watching some good off-road footage the thing I love most about these videos is the lack of music. You get to hear the Jeeps. The engines, the tired, the million noises they make. Makes for a better video.

you could always use cj hood hold downs. they seem to hold hoods closed fairly well. bet Jeremy has a set somewhere. or you could just borrow them from chubby chaser.

Hey Matt, here's an idea for a video: what to do if/when you roll and things you can do to prevent damage from roll overs (like oil catch can, etc). I didn't know oil would leak by the rings and into the cylinders like that. I've only seen water come out of an engine like that! Great content as always, keep it up.

A rollover stick works great for that. Much less strain on the rope. Easy to make.

Yes, oil routinely gets in to cylinders when you invert an engine.

I cant express enough, how the first thing ill ever put in my rock crawling notes,"that ive learned from bj" - is the sportsmanship between a spotter and the driver... this would be a weak spot for me - so i cant wait till it gets good enough that im under pressure... it'll make ya, brake ya, or get ya un invited to any other weekend, so there is a sportsmanship level... now on to my beer but chicken on the grill - while i stare at my custom jeep build sitting in the lights - 2019 coming out the gates like a champion racehorse... till turn #3-lol....

That's Windrock, isn't it? That's a ballsy climb you guys do at ~4 min in the video. The video doesn't really do it justice...that's a steep ass, technical climb.
