This is my favorite unit. I'm 60 and it brought back such good memories. Thanks for sharing. I LOVE SNOOPY!🥰 I have some of those old snoopy comic books.

Those appear to be the "canisters" for 2.75" rocket ammunition, the WWII "bazooka" anti-tank weapon. You also have several classic paperback cartoon books, including an almost impossible to find "Don Martin Bounces Back", which celebrates National Gorilla Suit Day! Fester Bestertester & Carbuncle forever!

26:37 Be careful with that! There's a small bottle of Ferric Chloride in there which is probably not strong enough to etch copper anymore, but will do a number on surfaces that stain easily.

Those crates simply become surplus, they are damaged or otherwise not useful to the military anymore and are auctioned of or sold as salvage.

If that was a graphing calculator sell it close to back to school time could get 70 to 150 or more for it. Highschool kids need them for school.

Thanks for the tip about Zenni, last pair of glasses I bought cost me 227 out of pocket, insurance wouldn't cover the type of frames I wanted, last time I went to optometrist got stuck getting frames that I didn't really like, but not much to choose from, and couldn't get the frames I had before - discontinued style.

The metal boxes are sold in Army Surplus stores all the time. Some are older some newer. Some worth money some not . Sometimes you will find military foot lockers with numbers on them. The numbers are social security numbers of the person it was issued to. They are the older ones before people started stealing identities with SSN's.
