    I lived in Akwa Ibom for more than 4 years Truly, Akwa Ibomites are peaceful and their roads are top notch. It's worth exploring. Most problems in Nigeria don't get there. Their foods are mostly imported from Cameroon, they are cheaper and of higher quality.

    They should not allow any resort to be build there. The reason being the local community will end up being pushed out. it is fine to allow small hotels and but not holiday complexes. The will section the beaches and post security guards there preventing locals an visitors from enjoying the beach unless they are booked in the hotel complex.

  • @olatish188
    @olatish1882 жыл бұрын

    The issue with most developments is they push the locals out, the gentrification of the area around Ibeno beach will most likely make everything expensive and inaccessible to the local population. Conscious investments should definitely be encouraged and developers must take into consideration the people and the environment.

    A clean free beach in Nigeria, that is so good to see. Honestly, I feel like this beach should be left alone because once investors buy properties around it, it will not be accessible to explore like it is now.

    You unleashed a lot of memories Tayo, I was born and brought in Eket, used to go to Ibeno Beach every Sunday to chill with friends, A WONDERFUL Place to be in Nigeria, I love the fact that you are showcasing many places that people never thought existed in Nigeria, Nigeria is beautiful and has a lot of things to discover, I cant wait to be home from Thailand.
