My personal Pancake recipe. 1.5 Cups of flour. 3.5 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp of sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1 1/4 cups of milk 3 tbsp of butter 1 large egg. Been making these from scratch for 10 years now and everyone loves them.

Adding my protein pancake recipe, been rocking it for like 2 years. A filling breakfast/snack for 1 person or lighter meal for 2. It's quick, healthy and tasty. 100g of oats 1 banana 1 scoop (30g) protein powder 1 whole egg Bit of water to get the texture right Olive oil to make it Blend everything together and put it on a pan for 2-3 minutes. My go to topping is 0%fat greek yogurt with whatever berries i currently have. Everything comes to around 650 calories, 25g of fat, 90g of carbs and 42g of protein. Instantly became my favorite breakfast. Enjoy!

Adding my bananas pancake recipe -2 large bananas -6 eggs - half a teaspoon of baking powder Mash the bananas, add the eggs and baking powder, then mix. Cook on pan medium heat, use either butter or olive oil. Serve with blueberries and peanut butter.
