On the Tahoe...inner fender structure up to the core support and back to the A-pillar- definitely make sure they are "Square." If not, and you don't set them back, the gaps will never fully line up and wind howl will be ever present. The airbag repair will require a new headliner. You can't patch it back together and it look right because the bags tear through the headliner almost 100% of the time
