A barber leather strop is a leather belt with two surfaces, one for honing and one for polishing the edge of a cutthroat blade. Stropping removes imperfections from the cut and makes the cut shine like a mirror. The tiny pores of the leather grab at the rough burrs of steel on the edge of the razor and force them back into alignment. Hope this helps. BTW I got the baseball cards that I bought from you today. They look really good but I did not see that COA for the Harmon Killebrew. I thought there was supposed to be one with it. I saw the Frank had the COA. Thanks!

On a side note: I love the houses in the neighborhoods in all your videos. The wife and I are looking for a house here in Connecticut and everything is very expensive. Houses of those size/design and neighborhood would be north of 8-900K near us. A small 1000 sq ft cape is over 400k. Its frustrating. Thanks for videos. Great finds!

Small towns can carry a lot of gems too.. lots of collectors that change their minds and just want to get rid of it.

That barber dispenser is for paper neck wraps.

The leather strop is for sharpening, the straight razors.

I thought that it was cool that at 8:04 the lights flickered when she was talking about the barber story. Like they were listening.

Recently bought two Supreme baseball caps at a yard sale for $10. Sold them both for $140 on eBay.

I miss night skiing at perfect north…and I live in CO.

Peroxide cleans corroded battery compartments. It neutralizes the acid. Most of the time you can get a device working again. I use it all the time.

The belt-like thing in the barber lot is a strop. It would hang off of the chair and be used to sharpen the old straight razors....the kind barbers still use. The dispenser may have been for warm shaving cream??? I hope the Supreme stuff is okay. There are fakes out there, but I don't know how to tell. Kevin found a fake one about three years ago so you might check with him.

Odd I purchased a supreme hoodie today at a garage sale

The strap is to keep the edge on the razor.

Youve got around 300 worth of supreme give or take if you include a bag in each of your listings it ussually increases the sell price of each item by 10-20 as well. I would recommend trying to take them to a local sneaker resell shop you will definitely get an offer in the hundreds for all of it.

Please legit check those pieces and make sure everything is right. And no, supreme is not some designer brand or some expensive as brand. It’s a skate brand like any other.
