@@willforeverpubg4235 well I think they’re redeveloping the land into more homes. So if you have 1 mcmansion on 60 acres or 600 on 1/10th of an acre each then that’s what Canadians choose to do since they have a housing crisis.

Really nice house. I don’t think I’ll ever understand the need to destroy and waste resources all in the name of greed. The brick exterior was nice. So was the different layout inside. Nice big kitchen. Beautiful fireplaces. Nice big master bedroom and bath. Even a nice non-creepy basement and bar. So livable and well maintained. I hate to see trees cut down especially really tall old trees that I’m sure would have a great story to tell if they could. Thank you Ethan for another cool adventure. Keep safe and be well!

I have a feeling that after the fantastic19,000-square-foot mansion with all of the marble, the murals, the fabulous wine cellar and indoor pool, that we saw, it’s going to be hard to get excited over an “average” house for awhile. And you’re so young, Ethan…enjoy it!

It makes me very sad that this beautiful brick home is going to be demolished 😫😞😥 I’m extremely happy that they are salvaging what they can👍 Gorgeous property & home with nothing seemingly to be wrong with it, rather than updating & new owners, they are destroying it 😥😨😞Makes no sense to me…what a waste!!! Ethan, I just have to tell you how much I appreciate that you keep your videos clean & "family friendly". I was watching a sailing channel with this guy in his 50s who is just so crude. I hadn't checked that channel in awhile so I was surprised at how raunchy he was. And he is a medical professional!! I much prefer watching guys like you who are so respectful of your craft. Much 🧡

It really is a huge, and nice home. I love the exterior the design is great and the brick adds a lot of character I think, the interior is the very typical and bland look that seems to have become the standard since around the time this one was built. It's still a nice place with an abundance of space! I'm glad to see a things are being salvaged!😃 ✌️

Wow that must have been beautiful before the teardown began It was a big house. I think when you came in from the garage the first room was probably the mud room then the laundry room On the left. Then there was another front door with the longer hall where the long bench which looked like a church Pew. I loved the staircase , fireplaces on the first floor and basement. I cant understand why anyone wants to tear down a newer house like this ; it's absolutely senseless. Thank you for showing it Ethan. Your videos are awesome !!! 🌞❤

What’s up Ethan I like this house. It’s very spacious and I love the kitchen. The master bedroom on the second floor was nice too. The basement was OK too. At least it wasn’t flooded. It makes me sad to think it’s been torn down by now. 😢. It’s just a waste of a good house. I was surprised they didn’t have a pool. Usually these big mansions do. Wow what beautiful home, and yet another tear down is there any older homes left in Canada? Looks like an 80’s home with a 90’s update, the thing I like about it is that I could live in it and enjoy it as is for a while then do some more modern updates later. Nice big basement! But , as usual, what shame some family won’t be able to move in and enjoy it .( I would love to see the new houses or properties that were eventually built over the same lands of these house.

It’s really crazy the difference in real estate in different countries.. Here in the states (Ohio specifically) I have a 2700sq ft house on 5 acres and paid 199k for it. Yet my same house in another state would go for 500k. It’s crazy to me!!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with that house, and it's beautiful property . The Canadian real estate market sucks. It's now becoming the haves and the have nots. Foreign investors, fear of missing out investors , greedy builders, and too low interest rates for years have made homes out or reach for many. Sad situation.

It is very disturbing to know that this house is going to be demolished. What a wasteful society we have become.

What's up Ethan! Just an observation about some of these "mansions". "Millionaire" seems so middle class nowadays, these millionaires with their mansions seem so basic, so "new money". Where's the charm, character, detail & craftsmanship in these places. Just because something is new doesn't mean it can't contain those qualities. Just my opinion, I absolutely ❤ you for doing these videos, I look so forward to them, and that's what's up 😁

What a nice house it's a shame there tearing it down❤

It is a fabulous house, I love the layout and the large mudroom with the shower in the laundry room. I could use that, with a family of outdoor sportsmen and my gardening it would alleviate me dropping my clothes in the laundry room and running through the house to shower and everyone from hunting, fishing, etc from just walking through. I think maybe they went with the boring colors to sell? But with an original spin it would be a fantastic place to call home. The exterior looks very warm and inviting. Hate see something so lovely being torn down. One thing I do get is not letting them sit abandoned. As much as I hate to say it. I love time capsules and the past, but hate to see a place vandalized and ruined. Greed will not let it go for the use of good. So IMO it's best to take it down and rebuild. Loved the video. Ethan its a decent house up top that dungeon below i wouldnt dream of walking down there at night it was only the tiny winy windows letting a little daylight that probably kept you going but otherwise glad things are being repurpose sad to see this young house go, im often confused others properties flood and the roof is caving in and never get knocked down and then theres mint conditions like these ones. My nephew just turned 23 (4/20) and he told me he doesn’t feel like he’s 23 he feels old due to him already having back/knee issues from working (he worked at a car wash and it did him in from having to squat or being bent for several minutes using the vacuum which messed up his back) Happy early 23
