I've seen a few channels that played this game and I was always bothered by the fact that they didn't know a lot about tanks. I finally found this channel, and when you said you played War Thunder, I immediately pressed Subscribe.

For traversing hills you should put gear level to "1" so it remains at a constant slow speed climbing up

@@sethl.lazarus6642 there are only 4 variants of tiger tanks both tiger 1 and king tiger has a Porsche and Herschel version, the fact that both of herchel designs is the winner is because Porsche's variant tends to breakdown due to its engine, both herchel variants has over 1300 produced mind you some didn't saw service before getting bombarded and destroyed, now I said the Americans only encountered few. There were 4 major country thats fighting the axis turning 5 because of Italy, the Russians was the ones who encountered the most tigers. If you disagree I got my info from the chieftain.

@@sethl.lazarus6642 oh just by the by I mis spoken I ment encountered tigers not how many, sorry 'bout that, but generally there's a 3 to 4 in a convoy. Sherman won first encounter Pershing lost second and third it ain't a fair fight since it was being loaded in a train,plus you don't need to be mean to correct someone.

you use the magneto meter but the job of the metal detector is to locate the object then grab the magneto meter to see what it is

Maybe it's just me but I always imagine the KV-1 as a very grumpy tractor at least from how it sounds.

I must add the pershing is a medium tank not a heavy

make sure to run the metal detector around the zone after finding the tank you may find treasure. Fair warning the thing I found was just a black spot.. I had to spam click to pick it up.

If the tanks where a little more historically accurate the sherman should start up with an electrical start

Hmm.. I thought they used ground penetrating lidar/radar to find those tanks?... I guess a big metal detector could work too, but.... It seems the margin of error is HUGE with those. When u use a GPR system it gives u a general picture of what's below the surface.

Hey raptor. I just got this game. But i have a question. Can i do a list of old parts just like in car mechanic simulator.

i wonder if there ever going to add other nations tanks! looking at you Great Britain and Japan.

Fun fact: The M26 Pershing was a American Light Heavy Tank (Bit of a mix between a medium and a heavy) That was built for the sole purpose of defeating the Tiger II. The M26E4/T26E4 Super Pershing featured a additional plate for the turret, an additional machine gun, and two TOW launchers. 1 would see service in WW2.

@@MultiDivebomber Checks out. 102mm thickness (Pershing) vs 100mm (Tiger I). The Turret armor was also slightly stronger than the Tiger, at 127 mm vs 120mm. The tank however, just like it's German equivalent, was plagued with problems and suffered from having an underpowered drive train.

Huh there’s a Willys Jeep in that game.......... That’s cool....... My Grandpa has one all fixed up in his shop that has the Tarp cover on it to protect the driver and passengers from rain.... I think it was from the Korean War because it has a Dark Green, Green , and White Camo... the reason I cant say if it’s from WW2 is because it doesn’t The American Allied Star on it so It has to be from Korea........... I personally have Ridden In it when I was a kid.... but the funny thing is about my Grandpa is that...... well he is an engineer.............. A Boeing Engineer.............. I will admit that it is kinda funny ........ He worked on planes I think during Vietnam and stuff because he was born during WW2.... Some planes he worked on he can’t even tell us about.... otherwise well you know............ but he’s worked on a lot of stuff and is suffering from Parkinson’s disease by he’s not letting that get in the way for sure..... probably when he does sadly die I’m gonna try and get inheritance of the Jeep because I really do want to keep it in shape and possibly show to my kids someday.......... one reason is because I want to build a trench system because I like air soft and would like that sorta play field and since I’m an American I could also use it as a firing range if I get a safe place to make it..... possibly in the countryside in the woods because I grew up on the countryside...........

It is a Heavy tank even though it technically didn't weigh that much, but the Americans considered it a Heavy only due to this size of it.

The damn loader should be on the left and the gunner in front of the commander...

That game is not worth the money unless it has the TOG II that would take up the whole garage. lol Please devs add the tog if its not there.

What irritates me is the transmission physics in this game especially the neutral steer function the M4A3E8 or easy 8 did not have neutral steer and the only tanks you can find in this game that actually have it are the T 26 Pershing and the Tiger 1 also he assumes the T 26 was the backbone on the US army it really wasn’t it took part in the war at the very end and saw very limited service of less than 15 years between 1945 and 1960 were as the T 26 was replaced by the M 46 Patton and shortly afterwards was replaced by the MBT 60 which saw barely 5 years of service before officially being retired and decommissioned from the US army back to the topic at hand The KV 1 Zis 5 in the game does not have neutral steer neither does the stug or the Sherman.

Guys when british tanks were first made in WW1 they either had Machineguns or cannons as weaponry, hence the male/female designation but as the war continued it was decided to put both cannons and small arms weaponry on them, these tanks with both weaponry types are classed as hermaphrodite.
