I found a GOLD MINE for Honda Parts | Junkyard Vlog
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
When you're building a Honda Civic on a budget, a Junkyard may as well be a shopping mall! Surrounded by the Virus stuff happening, I take you along on my monthly Junk Yard run to show you what I look for when picking Honda Parts for CHEAP! Welcome to my Junkyard Vlog!
By popular request, I decided to vlog my experience at my local junkyard! I look forward to these trips every couple weeks to check out new inventory and go on a Honda parts treasure hunt. You NEVER know what you'll find in these places! Almost my entire interior in my Honda civic was replaced with junkyard parts. Some of my exterior parts as well. Many 90's Hondas that are no longer on the road typically come here to get picked apart before the scrapper. It's sad to think about, but at least you can give these parts new life!
The jalopy Jungle costs ONLY $1 to get in! And this dollar covers you on all 4 locations with hundreds and hundreds of cars. Cost of the parts will vary, but I've never spent more than $100 pulling most parts. You can pull an engine for roughly $300. This all started because of an Instagram post I made vlogging my experience at a junkyard. People loved it and wanted to see more of the junkyard vibes and some of the cool stuff you'll find. In my last run I found a rare OEM high spoiler from a 99-00 Honda Civic, but this run I wasn't so lucky. I didn't pull anything I needed or wanted but perhaps I'll have better luck on the next run!
If you guys like this style of content, be sure to let me know in the comments so I can do it more! This is something I do anyhow, so it doesn't take much to bring a camera with me. Thanks for watching!

Ive been waiting forever for a junkyard vlog 😍
That's a clean looking Honda, especially for the age. What parts would you recommend buying at the junk yard to have on spare? I'm trying to build myself a little inventory of parts that I'll probably need eventually to keep my Honda rolling on the cheap. I was thinking ignition coils, EGR valve, fuel injectors, and I don't know what else to add to the list. Open to suggestions.

Also you need to check Integras and crvs cause there's a lot of interchangeable parts. Like I have crv seats in my coupe(had to swap rails to fit) or the crv clusters fit np

Hi, how do you know what parts fit your vehicle? For example I have a 2010 Honda Civic EX and the 2012 Honda Civic LX, how do I know what years are compatible with those vehicles?
Great video! Take a little extra time on each vehicle! Get the Front, rear, interior, underneath if you can!
You should have at least 1 mil subscribers 👑 keep up the good work king.
The snap at the begging tho😂
Subbed to see more juicy ass Hondas in the junkyard. Like some others in the comments said about their areas, Civics also will be immediately picked clean like a rib bone here in Oakland, CA
First time on your channel, nice looking civic you got there
Junkyards are gold mines. I found many gems for a 87 firebird. Sold it, miss it. Now my 99 Honda ex coupe project. Great video and thank you.

Quick question I know its a long shot do you ever see evo 8's or 9's? Need some parts
I want to see if you go next time to the junkyard if you can look for a white 350z I’ve been looking for a white 350z for a year
I’m wondering is there an integral with like the back disc brakes cause like if you could take the whole back control arm or whatever that is you can take that and swap it onto the civic so instead of the drum breaks you could have rear disc breaks too on the Honda Civic and I was about to do that but I just decided just to do a conversion kit like takeoff everything and replace it
Omg I live in upstate NY and our pick and pull junkyard is gigantic! Honda's for days ,all the way up to 2016. I mean mint cars all makes! I just left the yard got a window motor for 2013 max $20 and some headrest for my 05 Lexus ls430 $8! I feel like a kid in a candy store
i like going to the junk yard too even if i dont need anything......to me going to a junk yard is like going to a car show

The fenced off area is often the "premium yard" which often has an additional entrance fee and has the more valuable cars. Lots of pros working in there so gets hectic...have seen a whole crew come in and strip a fresh car in a few hours

You have real good taste real nice looking red car not too much just enough . Looks stock and great 👍
Junkyard unicorns: The 90 Lx 4dr Civic(big brakes), 92-93 Integra(Brakes and large shaft Cable tranny) and 92-95 Ex or Si Civics(wiring, P28's and sensors). Get them disk brake upgrades, them cable trannys and those OBD1 ECU's I want to find a old 88-89(square cluster) CRX HF gauge cluster, 8k tach that has a 5k Redline. Perfect for a b16, Vtec starts at Redline and shift when the needle pegs out.
At 00:29 I just went today and pulled the driver side 2 bolt from that ls engine haha
We have these in the UK too, so useful. You can even test a job you want to do on your car there, I tested fitting seat cables there.
@ALLDAYANTHONY
4 жыл бұрын
You definitely can do that!
You Should Take That KM Cluster I Think It Will Look Cool, Anyway Nice Video Mate!
10:50 you shoulda smelled the tree in there to see if it was still fresh
When I first saw your civic I was confident up I had a b series in it. Early bird gets the worm Second mouse gets the cheese
I used to own a 1998 Civic. It probably had 7 different Civics on it as I source most parts from the junkyard. That’s what I miss about owning an older car. Got a new-ish BMW after and it’s hard to find one at the local yards. According to the guy who runs the yard, our state owned auto insurance company doesn’t write BMWs off that much.
I own 96 civic ex, and my question is: 99-00 climate control fits well on my 96 civic? And thanks for the tips👍🏼
@ALLDAYANTHONY
4 жыл бұрын
It will fit with a little modification
This video has given me many great ideas. 1. Replace the gauge cluster in a 99 CX hatchback for the EX cluster 2. Swap the stock engine for the slightly more powerful d16y8 3. Hopefully find better seats
Nice. I haven’t been to a pull a part junkyard in years. Finding a rear OEM spoiler for my Civic is impossible. All of them I find are aftermarket ones.
Finally, a video LoL, be safe
