I Found A Big Gold Deposit Under My Campsite
Welcome back to the jungle of cool temperate rainforests on Tasmanians Wild West-coast.
Last trip in here found a 21 gram pile of gold, as I explored the old timers workings and continue my pursuit in search of the mother lode.
This time, I’ll be exploring further, and I uncover some amazing ground hidden right underneath my nose.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride, as we take on the Wild West, and score a giant bounty for our efforts..

The rivers you and Levi have are producing every trip must be great to go off to find mother nature's treasure
This guy.... Man i love the adventures you take us on..
It's always a great day when your on the creek and all the gold on top of it a pure happiness. Great job Rob!
12:02 your definitely close to the source of that crystalline stuff Rob..
Rob, I'm so happy I found both you and Levi. Your adventures are amazing to watch and it's a privilege to be taken along on your rides. Tons of blessings to you and your family. See you next time.
Brother you don't know how excited i got when you said Platypus, hope you can film the little fellas at some point!

The best way to see a platypus is to creep along a remote creek slowly at Dawn making sure not to transmit vibrations through the water or ground and make sure you don't cast a shadow to give yourself away. If you see one coming down the creek stop. The platypus is usually with another one and being curious they will wonder what on Earth you are, an Alien? lol
As someone who is on a rocky river/stream like this all the time makes me wish we had gold here in Central Kentucky where I live.

Hey Rob in cold conditions it would be wise to consume fats. eg butter .Butter eaten by itself or in your hot drinks will help you stay Satiated/satisfied and it's great fuel . Try it, Love the video.Thanks.
Just amazing how that section keeps giving it up!
The waterfalls are absolutely beautiful!!!
Bloody awesome So glad you can hold your breath during the ad's lol
The folded bedrock at 29:10 is something that all prospectors should really pay attention to, this indicates massive forces of deformation of the current bedrock and is often associated with numerous small voids in the rock that hydrothermal fluids containing minerals including gold can enter or fill often concentrating the gold and other minerals. Never ignore those folds in gold country. Any obvious shear line is a sign of solid rock being moved and is also good, but the folded rocks mean that they were deeper and kind of plastic in nature so the super hot fluids actually leach the host rock and concentrate the minerals into small rich viens. It's the same process essentially as large fault lines but is often richer in mineral content. Sometimes it's the little observations that count. If you on the flats swinging a big minelab then the rocks still count, but the when you find a bit look at the trees and shrubbery, there may be a pattern. Never just assume it's from upstream or straight uphill, look at the rocks and also the plants, they are there for a reason. Eg. I have found multiple ounce patches just driving along and have seen a line of vegetation that is anomalous with the surrounding area, old creek bed. If you want to try the prospector thing, 90% of people just are throwing money away. Pay attention to everything, ground and vegetation. Also don't plan on making money because I know professionals who make less than the advantage supermarket employee, they just want the lifestyle.
Can’t wait to watch this. I’m sitting back relaxing and I’m ready for the ride.
Great result Rob Parsons congratulations, may God bless you! My name is Wellington Gonçalves, I'm Brazilian here in Rio de Janeiro, I always watch your videos.👏👏👏👏👍😃
Gooood evening from central Florida! Hope everyone has a great night!
Rob, those quartz stringers look as if they might be gold-bearing themselves and would be worth sampling just to have a look-see if there’s anything in ‘em.

He’d need a crusher to extract any from those quartz chunks. And carry that large amount of added weight.

As i said, “They would be worth sampling”. A few extra pounds on the way out and a dolly pot might just reveal an exciting resource. Or not.

Same here! From what I've seen others pursue, the base of waterfalls are always prime spots to catch gold.. Only reason I can guess he turned around, is the pools beneath them were too deep?
Rob , I just can't imagine !!! It is so much fun watching you find all this gold . Thank you for sharing this fun journey with us . Stay safe and I wish you the best . 💖
Lovely adventure and golden rewards! Thank you Rob!
You and Levi make the best videos. Happy for you both. Keep the content coming! Thanks.
Good stuff mate, return trip no doubt. Well done
Well done that was hard work. The wages wasn't bad either it's a pity you wasted a bit of time but you learned where the gold was and wasn't. It was great to watch your adventure unfold. Outstanding determination. Keep the videos coming just brilliant viewing. You deserve to succeed. All the best my friend.
Cheers!! Your da man..continued blessings on the golden trails.
How awesome! Fantastic work, Rob. 😀
So beautiful Rob thank you for sharing your adventures. Be safe 🙏. You should check under the falls alot of gold gets trapped there.

Awesome, Rob. Check around the base of the waterfalls.
Ha ha, Parsons falls. Thanks so much for showing us your adventure. I hope you get to return there again. And you get paid in gold.
Great videos and gold thanks for sharing
Way to go again guy! By far the best you tube vids for gold! I hit the notification button. Don’t forget to soak ALL those black rocks in acid or tumble in vinegar. 👍💪🤛🏼
Well done Rob, top spot to setup camp. Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful vid of your adventure....thankyou
Fantastic. Xx
Rob, I reckon your phantom gold is being washed out of a normally dry gully. That might explain the coating, it isn't being constantly washed, and hasn't been beaten about for a billion years. Just a thought.
Another brilliant video thanks Rob 😊
Love the excitement of you finding gold but as a nature lover I would not mind you taking now and then a still shot of that marvelous scenery that surrounds you….cheers
Remember that time when you realized that a lot of the black pieces that you collected were actually gold? There could be more gold down there than you think! I think you should be collecting anything that's small and black and looks like the flakes of gold and checking it later.
Amazing very good, good lucky
A pleasure watching more adventures Rob, can’t thank you enough for all I’ve learned from your videos over the last year! Hoping to be as successful in finding gold but as wise man once said “it’s not about the destination, it’s about the journey” thank you 🥷
Great job mate ❤
Lots of cool gold there, congrats Rob!
A great few days out Rob. Niiice
What a paradise!
Another awesome adventure thank you for taking me along. Please stay safe out there bro
Rob, beautiful cinematography, pun warning, gorgeous terrain and eye-popping greenery, and your own outlook, too, also beautiful! Just before the quartz stringer bedrock, seemed so like the song by The La's, "There She Goes", play it at home for the two of you. And happy trails, with surety and safety, to the top of Parson's Falls on "Phantom Creek", however much more terrain that creek covers, with the Phantom motherlode source, surely remains to be seen? 😉 The gold you found and it's type is fascinating, and it's rightly your task to trace the source, if you so choose. On gold, there's just one law for all Australians if you sell by weight any type to anyone, if regularly it's reportable by AUSTRAC, look that up, those Tas exceptionalism furphies only an Australian Crown, since 1901!Said to Levi, any listed prosecution outcomes? We'll see what your new parliamentary arrangement comes up or down with, sausage-grippers and stake/steakholders, huh. Cheers from Gabi of Narre Warren, Vic!
Love the videos Rob aren’t the bottom of waterfalls prime spots for gold have you looked at the bottom of them?
Loved this Rob, the falls were amazing.
Best of luck Rob,thanks for these top quality videos ❤
Great to be out there with you Rob. Your adventures are such fun 😊
Nice job Rob beautiful gold.
Beautiful location with some amazing color .
Nice story Rob. 👍👌
Great video Rob. You and Levi getting smongst it in the wild is awesome. Fam look FWD to your adventures
What an awesome haul. Great video man. Keep it up. Congratulations coming all the way from North Carolina
Awesome gold again bud, 👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🏴
Excellent work beautiful friend Gold
Beautiful gold and land
Nice work, the water temp is cool in NSW so Taz would be bloody freezing , well done
Awesome work, Sir.
Awesome video Rob, you're killing it. Thank you for the great content. Mine your business 💪
Sure wish we had that here in British Columbia 🇨🇦!!! Fine gold is basically what we have here. I'm so envious of what they have there. Working for a living, SUCKS!!!!!!
Now you can sleep at night know that creek was Falls from Hell, if you would not have tried, it would have probably drove you nuts, Excellent Down Load, Great job Buddy.👍👍🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Great trip Rob! Loved your Southern Lights pics the other day too
Outstanding results 👏. It's mind boggling what those systems could hold. Well done and love your work. Cheers 🍻
Awesome footage and thanks to you for the efforts you put in, brings those into an environment who would never otherwise experience it in the slightest 😊
Cool 😎👌
" Tasmania? where in Tasmania is Tasmania?" I knew I shoulda taken that left turn at Albuquerque!
Epic!
well done Rob
Should have checked out the pool at the bottom of the falls after a 2hr hike..! Great content really enjoyed it thank you 🙏👍👍🇬🇧
Wow. Nice panning
I would agree. There is gold in those stringers
Incredible haul Rob! Beautiful location love that place! Sniping is the best 🇺🇸👊🏻
You should check the bottom of the waterfalls depending on their size. The gold stays there too ❤
…I agree w/ K. Most of what I see you and Levi sniping are near those layers of Quartz. I know it would be brutal to haul a lot of block stone out of your sites, but maybe you’ll get lucky and find a few stones laden with some choice nuggets. Glad to hear/ see you guys can get back at it. Good Luck Mate….😊😊😊😊
Dam nice haul 👌 you killed it
You worked hard in tough country to win that gold . Well deserved finds Rob .
As said before I think Parson's Falls base needs to be looked at. Glad you decided not to tackle its summit. Good one!
Great Prospecting mate. Here in PNG I have some good spots at home for prospecting. I've learnt a lot from all your videos. As soon as I get all my equipment together , I will move out to my hidden spots and try my luck. Cheers man ❤❤
You got onto a good patch mate. Rob you might want to get the sights on your snuffer bottle adjusted. You did well getting as far as you did up that side creek Rob. If there was no gold below those falls well then it was barren.
Not bad for camping in the bush 👏✌️
Well done youngster, you need a bucketdigger shovel, my invention. If you interested I have a few left. I’ve been sniping and prospecting in California for over 40 yrs. Again well done
Finally.. i'm was waiting your video. 😊👌
You got a lot of ‘’pickers’’ that’s awesome.
stunning place aint it mate excellent film as always stay safe bro cheers
Do you ever look back on your underwater footage and think, I missed a piece or I should dig a little further into the bedrock?
