I used to hate veggies and my parents never really forced them onto me but as I grew my taste buds have changed 180 degrees and now I eat 1 salad everyday along with other veggie dishes

Reminds me of myself, I make weird half-baked recipes, I just get overwhelmed by cooking and taste. Dropped 12kg in less than a year (only like 45kg now and I’m 5’8 tall) because I just don’t eat if I don’t like how something tastes. I look gross like too thin and veiny 😞 but I can’t seem to gain the weight back. Idk if I’m autistic and that’s why I struggle with it? Always avoid my dr visits so I’ll never know what’s going on lol I’m a nurse too RIP

My natural sleep pattern (if i dont have uni or work for awhile) is going to bed around 4am-6am and waking up at like 12pm, its doesnt exhaust me personally- or atleast its the schedule that exhausts me the least. Some people are just night owls like that, its weird but we're all wired a bit differently when it comes to cicadian rhythm

If you're not allergic to dairy, you won't get acne from consuming it. Just like chocolate and fast food. Unless you have an allergy, it won't affect your skin. It's usually genetic and environmental factors that cause it anyway.

she said something about caffeine cubes and although in pregnancy it’s not NO caffeine but recommended not to or at a low dose. so i’m not sure if it’s really a pregnancy thing or just a personality thing

poppy pop pop you can actually have a pretty normal amount of caffeine while pregnant! The caffeine cubes that I believe she’s referring to only contain about 50mg of caffeine and while pregnant the general recommendation is no more than 200mg.

No there was this vegan place I used to go to that sold this burrito wrap thing that had quinoa and a ton of veganaise, tomatoes, and mixed greens. Let me tell you it’s so effing good. For some reason he cooked everything together in the video but your supposed to wait until the couscous cools to add the other stuff.

Joscelyne Atkinson I believe she did; however, there is nothing he did in this video close to steaming 😂 The couscous would also have to be cooked first since it’s a form of pasta, just like an kind of noodle would for a pasta salad, then you let it cool and mix it in. Throwing it into a frying pan all together should never be a default cooking method with the kind of ingredients she listed
