You are doing a great job but, you need to vacuum it down and change out the drier at the same time. You will have air which is moisture in the system. Have to evacuate it before you charge and add oil to it.

Just a heads up. When you pulled out the condenser, there was a dark spot near the center and top. That generally is sign of a leak and where the refrigerant oil has been leaking. The side tanks are some of the more common spots. UV can also be useful in locating a leak. Good job.

Also, please have your refrigerant recaptured if there is any left. It can be a hefty fine if caught venting to atmosphere.

Where is the heat protection on the new hose? There is a reason the factory hose has the heat wrap on it. That new host with the plastic loom on it will melt from header heat the first time you run it.
