I've taken my rod as carry on everywhere on the east coast. Just take the reel off & put it in pvc pipe with the ends tapped closed. Works everytime.

@@HugoFishSyd just bought meself a new rod mate . Me favourite I snapped a couple of weeks ago at Parra Wharf , or Parramatta Quay , as it is now known mate . 😮 Can't wait to try it . 1 to 3 kg 30T carbon blank . 6 foot 10 . Very whippy , and not that expensive either . 🤙🎣

3.38 mark, i kid u not bro i seen a groper the size of a small car there on the other side of the bridge where u r ..half of its body was out of the water ,it was just splashing around the shallows......never shared that story much as i know most wont believe ....but keep the vids coming as i used to live there
