So relieved the legal nightmare is over for them and they can now heal and rebuild their lives together. A reminder that not one of the war crimes that Assange exposed has led to a prosecution and conviction. The criminals walk free. Only Assange, a publisher, who was hounded, tortured and imprisoned for exposing the truth of those crimes, was. That must change. And a free press and freedom of speech must be protected.
