Why would anyone skip to the end? It's almost 40 minutes but doesn't have to be! Edit: after getting to the end, I have a new reply... I would say instead of skipping to the end, maybe just don't watch... The reason to skip to the end would be to skip to see the flight... Well there is no flight. You watch so the boring stuff that caters to a small group of people assuming that you'll get to see the plane fly at the end. It's annoying when that doesn't happen.

@@cflin4637 He made a beautiful plane from scratch that is a model of an a380, that taxis and looks well on the way to flying. You do not seem to understand the true craftsmanship that went into this amazing beast. It does not just appear from nowhere then he can fly it. It took over a YEAR to build and this is a series that he shared of him building this aircraft. If you want some shitty complication of people flying foam planes then go look elsewhere. Have some respect.

What a skilled and talented legend. Also seems like a nice bloke as well. I don't think people have the slightest idea what is actually involved in scratch building a large scale model aircraft and yet here we have someone who makes it look easy. I wish you nothing but success with your current and future endeavours. You deserve it...
congrats on the little flight. Looks great, inside is super clean.

@@RamyRC Bro you got mad skills! About when will you maiden her?
Simply wonderful. I've been following your channel for years, your progression from foam planes to composite planes has been great. Ability to use CNC benches, 3D drawing on a computer. Super cool to watch. Trust me, I know how much study and time it takes, but the result is now visible. Don't worry too much about the maiden flight, everything is done properly and precisely, this plane flies like an angel. Once again, wonderful

Fantastic build Ramy 💪🏻 can I come film the inaugural flight live! We will cover all costs 👍🏻
Well done Ramy, she is a beast! Take your time to do the livery and maiden her. Pretty sure she will fly rock solid. That ground effect take off with no flaps looked sweet. Good thing you had no flaps because it makes handling crosswind even harder. Absolutely the most impressive RC build on KZread ever.
Can’t wait to see her all finished up! Stellar work as per usual Ramy, keep it up 👍🏼

As EK staff I'm very glad you chose the Emirates livery. We love the Fatbus over here and there's actually a few schemes to choose from as the country use their aircraft as promotional billboards.
That’s so well designed and put together. Awesome work you did with this project. It’s good to hear you recovered and are feeling much better. Thank you.

This is a work of art!! You are a true master of your craft and I found myself smiling and even clapping when the plane took off for a bit the first time. 😁 Absolutely love the pride you take with wire management and I feel you and I would get along well. Haha. I also love keeping my wires in order. 😁 Well done on this build, it is truly impressive and inspirational. Looking forward to watching the maiden flight next. All the best. 😎👍
That is amazing!! I watch how much you've grown on this work since that first 737 Max and that's so inspiring for me and my paper models. I lost all my breath when i saw those main wheels come out of the grass and those seconds hovering on ground effect. Can't wait to see it finally take to the air for real with the Emirates livery!! Congrats so much👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
This is quite outstanding. Just the fact that you made this A380 from scratch, with such hard work, dedication, pinpoint attention to detail and to see it in action. Bravo mate, bravo!
congrats on the project! everything's changed so much since when I first watched you in like 2018. big improvement
Although the Etihad livery is the best looking 380 livery, there is simply nothing more iconic and synonymous with the a380 than the Emirates livery

You are a very impressive young man with tons of skill and you make it look so simple and explain it so a novice like myself can understand what you have done. Thanks for sharing and keep after it .
Great work Ramy. My GF Dianna and I love watching your enthusiasm and talent building and flying your aircraft master pieces. Yes maiden it without the livery, don't need the extra weight. Keep up the great work. Dianna and John.
Your modelling skills are outstanding love watching your video's, looking forward to seeing many more, keep up the good work Ramy !
What a masterpiece of art and engeenering. Congratulations Ramy. 💪🏽
Yay! Very happy for you Ramy! You're probably the only KZreadr I know how regularly uploads crazy amazing scale models for us viewers to see! Thank you for this wonderful opportunity for allowing us to hitch a ride in your scale modelling! Keep up the great work! Cheers, Adrian :D
I love the chuckle you make when viewing the gear up from inside! That's the chuckle of satisfaction of a job done good!
There are no words to describe how exciting this is. I am so happy for you!
Awesome job man. I have been waiting for this for a long time. This plane will look great. It's still a shame that there are no spoilers, though. It would have made it look so cool and scale. You have been an inspiration to me for a while. Thanks to you, I was able to build my first rc plane. And soon enough, I will be making Airliners. Congrats and looking forward to seeing the livery
I love how fast your building abilities have grown, also like the longer video. Beautiful craftsmanship as always.
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a project to enjoy watching.

Your wiring harness is exceptional! Bravo! That bird wants to fly 🙂
Finish it off!! Great job. Congrats.
I was hoping you would do the ''jump tests'' with takeoff flaps! I believe it would've floated right away. SUPER great job! I honestly can't wait when she has the Emirates scheme on her and 9000mAh LiPo's. She'll be a queen in the skies!

King!
Hey Ramy, great video… your videos are all so enjoyable and love the back ground music and where you live. Most of all I love to see your skill in action… I flew the B747 for 29 years… btw… ever thought about building a B747-SP? I’ve never seen an RC version… I flew that for a short time, but all other 747 models except -8. BUT… the best of all the past and current airline wide-body’s… the L1011… that was the best! Thanks again Ramy! Well done!
If you haven't done a video of your RC "hanger" I can only imagine it would be quite impressive with the number of planes you have made and their sheer size! Impressive work, well done!
Great Job. Can't wait to see the finish look
Ramy i would love to see you try out actual fowler flaps on one of these projects! Have you ever used them before? Love the vids! Excellent craftsman!
You sir are a fkn genius. I’ve been watching you from the start. You are awesome. Can’t wait to see you do the livery and get her flying properly. Yes I think a bare maiden flight might be prudent in case you have to make any (ahem cough) ‘adjustments’ 😂 you wouldn’t want to waste all that livery work unnecessarily now would you?
Wow wow wow, I have no words to describe the pleasure of seeing that beautiful finished aircraft. It was worth the wait. And the next flight do it the way you want, it will always be a gift to see that bird fly . Many congratulations
I am always amazed to see you do your WORK. I love the way you show us how every part works and how you explain things so clear. Loved it ! You are the BEST !
It is an amazing amount of progress, Ramy, is making over the years in skills and knowledge of aviation design and or build. Whether its manned aircraft, UAV and or RC, the technology and understanding are very similar. But the advice I offer, is that risks are usually proportional to the investments. To reduce risks and consider catastrophic failures, aviation designers use safety factors *[SF]. Which in my Aviation design days, SF where in their own right, catastrophic to my own success, consider I was under both CAA and FAA criteria and formulae. But for prototype and Experimental Aircraft [EA], most designers did apply some unique pioneering features, still to this day, not all are in the commercial domains. If we design under our own defined boundaries, then our expectations on bouncing over these boundaries are not usually a surprise. This skill is another tool in the workshop. Setting boundaries, testing those defined boundaries and NOT being surprised. TEST and TEST but know exactly what you are testing and the expected result before you test. When you start mixing alot of electronic controls and composites, the whole system need to be tested. Corrosive, predator, EMF, humidity, condensation, stress, UV, aging, thermal ad many more interferences. However, this is a hobbie or is it. So Ramy, please test everything with a clearly defined system test plan and estimate expected results.

Agreed. I've encountered the same things in new and complex projects. Even a model can present similar challenges to the designer, just like a full scale plane. Despite the order of magnitude between differences of a man carrying machine versus model, a sound method is important. I think Ramey will do well with his newest queen of the skies.
@DavidMullins1

@@triskellian Yes, I see Ramy doing well, however more he relies on 3rd part gadgets, the more complex the issues. I tend to go back to the KISS principals, even with electronics, scaling and testing etc.

@@DavidMullins1 Simpler is a good way to go. My last project had only the essential equipment to fly. I'll make some exceptions such as a bigger battery hatch or go with wing bolts instead of rubber bands. For me, as long as the method allows for the best experience.
Would love to see an interior view of the gears during landing and takeoff! Well done, as always, Mr. Ramy!!
Amazing build everything has gotten so much more complex. And your builds are going more and more crazy.

You are a very gifted builder as all your projects prove, and without a doubt I believe you should complete the plane with the livery before unveiling with your maiden flight... My congratulations to you, and looking forward to your next video....!
That was so cool. So impressed and happy for you.

WOW! Amazing job! Go fly it!
I was wondering what was going on with the A380 and checked your channel yesterday. Then I wake up this morning to find this video waiting for me. What a way to start my day! The level of detail and pure craftsmanship is astonishing. Truly a flying work of art. You should see if you could do some kind of promotional event with Emirates where you could get it on the ramp next to the real deal. There has to be someone in the community that has the connections.
Just WOW!!! It's so beautiful!

Been waiting for this day to come. I would keep refreshing the channel hoping to see more videos on this. Love the videos, keep it up!
This is one of, if not the best model of an a380 out there. I would like to see you use the current technology and experience you have gained over the years to rebuild the a330 in that beautiful virgin Atlantic livery. I remember watching you build video on it many many years ago and it brings me such nostalgia rewatching them. Otherwise this was an incredible project to watch as usual. Your build videos are always so comprehensive and interesting to watch and I feel like I’m in the workshop watching the landing gear go down and up. Truly spectacular. Great work.
