You're living in your head, mate. You built up a fantasy life with her in your head because you wanted to escape your life. Then of course having that dream shattered is going to be painful. It was never really about her, you don't know her, you were NOT in love with her, you loved he idea of her, the idea of someone you could escape with. You have to stop over-thinking things and focus on what you can control here and now to make your life better, even a tiny bit. You will feel empowered and stop letting yourself get carried away by these fantasies. Go lift some weights, get some exercise, it is honestly the best thing for the mind and self-esteem. Work on yourself and you'll be able to have a healthy relationship with a real woman.

I think that you need to stay away from social media, it seems like its making you feel worse. 90% of Instergram is false. Just people putting their best view of themselves which in turn is giving you false perpective on what life should be like than what it is in reality, I also think you need to move on from this person, find distractions and eventually someone else will come along maybe this time without a partner in tow. Hey, man, ignore the comments that are not productive at all. Clearly, there is something that is abnormal about your behaviour, but it's something that can be worked on if you get the help required. Councellor, perhaps? Therapist? A mental health professional can make a big difference. At the very least, getting rid of instagram and other social media that you are active on will help.
