As a Japanese fan whose been following since March, I just want to appreciate you for coming to Japan, respecting our culture, playing an awesome season, and giving us tremendous vlogs. No matter where you go in 2024, Trevor Bauer will always be part of a legend in NPB, and will welcome you back anytime, anywhere. A lot of fans even want you as coach or General Manager eventually due to your passionate, scientific and logical approach. However, a lot of us also want to see you killing it in MLB. No matter what, Japan LOVES Trevor Bauer.

Many Americans do too! Trevor got railroaded big time. He screwed the league when he brought up the “sticky stuff”, and that gold digging chick destroyed his reputation. The league penalized him for BOTH of these things. I confess, however, when I heard he was into that kind of sex, (guilty until proven innocent, which is entirely wrong) I said some awful things about him. One I started watching his channel, however, I changed my mind rather quickly. I hope he comes back to the states, but should he choose to play in Japan, that’s ok with me. I’ll enjoy his performances wherever he goes.

I’m sorry you didn’t get a chance to pitch, but I have to say I LOVE the positivity and all around fun and respect in Japanese baseball. I know the truth is finally coming out Stateside, so I support whatever decision you make, but I will say seeing you play in Japan was a pleasure. You seemed so much more relaxed. I watched you all season and it was amazing to see the evolution of your game and how you embraced a new league. It was too bad that you guys lost game two as we were looking forward to watching you at game three! Hopefully get to see you play in the MLB next year.

Whatever happens, happens. I hope whatever you decide to do in the future, you'll be happy with. While it wasn't an end we'd hope for, this year truly has to be one of the most unforgettable and unique seasons. I've learned a lot from your journey from Japan, and have genuinely learned a lot from and continue to be interested in their culture. I think most of us on the western side of the world have now much appreciated what it is like in the other side of the ocean. It sort of makes you open your eyes, and takes you out of the bubble we've all been living, from what you've shown us. You and Japan's culture, has really shown the love of Baseball, and honestly, as simple as it is, you've definitely accomplished that goal. For lack of a better term, is what language we all understand, when you have a love for such a sport. I'm sure we would all love to discuss where Trevor goes, but this experience is one that is amazing, and has brought fanbases together and share in enjoyment.

Well, thank you for the full season of videos in the Nippon Baseball League. You have no idea, but as a Mets fan, I really needed good baseball content after the Trade Deadline moves my team made (But we have a heck of a team going forward that I’m really curious about with a new core of homegrown players). Your videos are funny, intelligent, and entertaining. I learned a LOT about pitching from you this season as I’m sure a lot of young guys coming up are going to implement your routine into theirs. You also introduced me to an inside view to Japanese baseball which I have admired for years but this was the first year I was able to see and learn about players whom I can see are just as good as the players here. Japanese LOVE their baseball and I can see why. The only thing I wanted to see was you verses Miyazaki who stands in the box with his whole back to you. #51 in your face!! I wanted to see that battle!! Your talkative and ready to give knowledge away like Dizzy Gillespie giving knowledge to musicians like it was water. It helped propell the music forward just as I am sure pitchers and batters are going to disect your advice and implement those ideas to push the game forward. On another note, Think about pitching in New York. Yes, it can be controversial but you’ve proven to me with these videos that you can take a question and the answers you have to give will help propell the game forward. I prefer the Mets because we need pitching and I think the environment is one you could use to your advantage teaching and helping shape the pitchers we need to develop but also work alongside an Ace like Kodai Senga who pitched for SoftBank the year prior. Think on it. You’d look good and pitch well in Orange and Blue!

Going through it in the MLB must have been even harder. Come to find out if you are too smart for your own good, the US may not be where you want to be. The fact that Japan welcomed you with open arms told me that you may be in your baseball home. I hope you can be happy there, even if it means taking less money. Because if the MLB becomes accepting again and you come back just for the money, you probably won't be happy. Decisions... it's going to be a hard offseason for you, it seems. Thanks for an entertaining year, and I hope the next one is good as well.

It would be great fun for Bauer to play in Japan next year, but it would shorten his MLB career by one year. Considering Bauer's age right now, we want to see him get the best results at a time when he can perform at his best in MLB. I hope he comes to Japan again in the latter half of his baseball career and reports on youtube about the championships, individual titles, the lion's share of success that no one has ever seen like this year, and the joys of life in Japan. Anyway, make your choice now with no regrets and play somewhere else next season.

Trevor should stay in NPB till he puts his name on the baseball history book. There is a big chance waiting for him at his doorsteps. None of the Cy Young award winners won the Sawamura award, if he wins no one will accomplish it for a long long time. His name will be in the history book not for a bad reason. This is one of the things which people cannot buy with money.

I really hope Bauer stays in Japan, These weekly vlogs and the NPB in general have been way more fun to watch than any MLB game. But, if Bauer comes back he should sign w Detroit so I can root for him.

Trevor, you are a standup guy and I really appreciate the hard work you put into the season, but also your vlogs. I look forward to following your adventures in the future.

I'm only @ 6:35, and I'm experiencing these "feelings"! First....😮 wicked movement on your stuff Trevor! That's a SICK view! Second.....😂😂😂😂😂😂 duh bonehead! The more you put in the zone the more strikes you're going rack up! Opening off with a "hook" is just as impressive as ending a 3-2 count jelly legged and looking. I love watching you pitch man! Good work!

Blows that you didn't get to pitch for the last month or two of the season, but it was a very entertaining year. On to the next one!

Hello from Santa Clarita and thanks for your vlog this season from Japan. So entertaining. Don't sweat being swept in the first round of the playoffs. It's just like being with the Dodgers. Lol

Loved the tunneling discussion. And would love to see you back in the States especially with my Reds again. That young staff could definitely lean on your experience.
