Been with Qobuz for going on my 3rd year now. Love the service (obvs since I pay annually). Quality is best in class. Their "Panorama" pieces are like reading Paste or Rolling Stone articles from back in the day, but with a real-time playlists to go right along with all the music in the editorial. Outstanding. No MQA b.s. Just all around an absolutely winning service.

Thank you for your video! I learned about high res and CD quality audio in my input and outputs class. My professor also mentioned Qobuz and I'm really wanting to try it!

Thanks for this video. One of the biggest reasons I watch tech reviewers is to learn of products and features. It's AWESOME to see someone make a video about something as a user and of their experience and comparisons. I feel as if I can relate more to this than if it was some review/advertisement.

I tried to switch from Amazon Music to Qobuz and cancelt everything when I realized that they didn't have a lot of the songs I really like. I'll try Tidal next, or Apple Music, let's see.

Hey man thanks for the video,I dont know anything about tech, I am musician and just want the best sound I Can get with my phone and LDAC bluetooth mx50bt2. Do you think paying extra with qobuz will be noticeable? Or cd quality is enough?. Anyway thanks, keep it UP!

I should definetly give Qobuz another look. It wasn't available on my side of the woods when I was looking for options, so I went with Tidal. But I've been having playback issues for a while on Master quality tracks.

What's your opinion on amazon music, I have it with my student account and started noticing "ultra HD" label everywhere. Sounding good on my pixal 4a and really good on my V60.

Just curious, but can you actually hear the difference of a “high bit rate” compressed audio format e.g. 320kbps MP3/Orbis vs a lossless recording if they’re the same master via ABX testing? Does one sound noticeably better or do you just know what differences to look for to tell them apart and you’d be fine w/ the lossy version? It’s difficult for me even w/ my JDS Labs El Dac and Focal Elex. Maybe my hearing just sucks haha

As soon as I saw the Joni Mitchell album I knew I would want to give it a try. Recently spotify has only been working with popular artists and I haven't seen enough quality from them.

Even though my band's music is up on all of these streaming sites, I still have yet to use a streaming service. I'm just so invested in the older method. I have a massive CD collection, sometimes I'll just play those. But I still rip them onto iTunes (and occasionally buy individual songs from the store). Then I sync the library onto my rebuilt SSD iPod Classic and my Xperia 1 III. All of my files are AAC/M4A, so a bit better than MP3 but not quite WAV/CD, but good enough for my ears. But yeah being an artist myself, I can confirm, we've made infinitely more money (still not much at all) selling a couple hundred CD's at gigs for $5 a pop, as opposed to our few thousand Spotify/Apple/Tidal/etc streams.

I have a question. Is it fairly safe to say that it might as well be a requirement to have the most high end speakers or earbuds to truly enjoy Qobuz?

My ears could not tell the difference using HiFi equipment between lossless and high bit lossy music so I go for best interface to the content I listen. And the price. Right now I am using KZread Music (great integration with Android) and Amazon Music - I keep flipping between them. So if Rogan is "your boy" - Spotify it is, Howard Stern - Sirius XM. For music I am happy with Amazon.
