I have test-driven the highly anticipated Santa Fe full change for this year. Although the hybrid specification is still pending certification, I first had the chance to experience the 2.5 Turbo version.
The powerful acceleration has already been confirmed, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent noise suppression and good sound insulation, thanks in part to the spacious interior and ample cabin space.
As I drove it, I couldn't help but notice the attention to detail in both the exterior and interior design. It's safe to say that it has reached a premium level in this regard.
Considering the short test drive duration, it was challenging to find any downsides. Let's explore them together! The Hyundai's new Santa Fe offers the most abundant interior space and third-row seating in its class. It has the versatility to serve as a family SUV or cover leisure activities, and this full change has made it even more distinct from the Sorento. In particular, when you look at it with the third row in mind, it seems to offer a similar level of comfort as the Palisade.
The 2.5 gasoline engine delivers satisfying performance and efficiency, but one downside is that it experiences increased vibrations after 2,500 rpm. Its responsive ride quality is a strong point, and overall noise insulation is also commendable. The rear design may polarize opinions.

    Great video man! My opinion: these 21" wheels are overdesigned. The pattern looks too complicated and the rims are expensive. The 20" 5-spoke ones look much more masculine and coordinated on this vehicle, and could provide better NVH quality as well. And the tires are cheaper and easier to buy! I would definitely buy the top trim to enjoy all the fancy equipment and features, but I'd also "downgrade" the wheel to 20' lol.

    You're correct! It may look like for off-road, but It's not, monocoque, single arm suspension, FWD. It's just a large city car! If you go to the mountain and the car is fully loaded, you better watch out!
