F12 is a certified ripper😍! Small side notes: The bog from the start might be the shimming, belt not going it's full travel. Or it would prefer 4-4.2gram rollers. A lot of new S6 R1200 / R1400 / R/T MK2 exhausts leak from the silencer. In Europe we just put gasket maker on it, let it cure for a couple hours and go full throttle. Sounds a bit ghetto but it works. Waiting on that disc brake conversion!!

The F12 is my fave - love the Foggy rep. My Ludix Blaster runs a very similar rads and header tank set up. For easy bleeding just prop up front wheel and give it a few braaps with the tank cap off. Usually gobbles down another 200-300ml of coolant. Careful running too cold, chance of cold seize. Consider a thermostat 👍 great vid

Hey man, greeting from Italy. Those things (Yamaha Aerox (GP1) and Yamaha BW’S as well) were all the rage in the 2000s. Some tips, a common mod back in the day was to install a GP1 radiator as well, in order to get usable temps on higher end cylinders. Also, as you already noticed, you should get the rear brake situation sorted out. Idk if you know this, but the Phantom was also sold with a read disk brake, you could try to get the casing with the disc and caliper mounts, as I don’t know if adapting a disc setup was possible with the drum brake casing

new road 100cc the second tune you made with the stiff contrast spring is actually most of the tunes you can hear in a '' 100cc malossi trofeo '' races , they get all the torque for those sketchy curves in the Magione track , you got that sweet spot with the soft contrast and it really fits on a 70 cc , altough a stiffer one is better from 86 cc and above

Great job on that swap! That thing gets it! 👍👍 Maybe you could send that pipe back for a new one. Doesn't seem right to be leaking from the get go. Seeing those fancy rear wheel stands, makes me wonder why manufacturers ever went away from the center stands on bikes. My '67 and '69 Honda Trail 90's both have the center stand, and they are awesome for working on the bike.

hey man just noticed after watching this video for the 100th time you are still running af vacuum fuel system. You have to upgrade that to a better "petrol tap" I would suggest the malossi one. because the vacuum system cannot keep up if your riding full throttle for to long and that will result in the bike bugging out and run lean and foul your spark plug or destroy your piston. but a really nice video greetings from Denmark

Hey mate love the build I’ve done exactly the same on an air cooled Zip. Malossi overrange instead. Blue contra and half mix 4.5 and 4.7g rolls. Rpm hovers around 11,600rpm, only other difference is a Malossi Mhr team pipe. I would have thought you would want to be just under 12,000rpm seeing your using the R1200 pipe. Where are you at now with rpm?

The f12 is even more awesome than before! I wish my Scooter could do atleast 50-60mph. But i don’t think that there are that Many good tuning parts for a Speedfight 2, it’s a french scooter from Peugeot. Does about 43mph on gps without the variator restriction if i’m riding downhill for quite a bit. Can do 34 on gps maybe more on the straights. But it’s broken at the moment, the thread on the crank and the axle Hilding the clutch Bell is gone. I torqued the nuts for the clutch Bell and the belt disc WAY too much with an impact wrench that has WAY too much torque. 800watts and has 331.9 ft-lbs of torque. And a new crank costs 1499SEK which is about 142USD. Expensive stuff.

I agree with you about the stage 6 exhaust. In Europe, I think they are overpriced. Pretty good performance but low quality. Thin metal and being unlacquered is not what competitors supply. In my oppinion nothing beats the Yasuni/Bidalot exhaust range. In this case a C20 would be perfect. Malossi team ('04 -'06 or 2) also, but they're more expensive. A Hebo Manston, Metrakit Pro race (2 and up) , TJT F1, or Kundo F1 are i.m.o. better exhaust for the money. Leovince (for so far I know) doesn't mak e exhaust in this rpm-range. Also not the best quality for the money. Not bad, not great. My pick for a low/middle revving 50cc or low revving 70cc would be: Tecnigas "TREK" (not the "next"), Laser Xpro, Yasuni R/Bidalot s2 or s3R, or Gianelli Shot.
