I don't sell ITALIAN made ropes because of this...

Ойын-сауық

A lot of people are curious as to why I don't sell Italian made rope chains. The answer is short. I haven't found an Italian made rope chain that I prefer selling over the Peruvian rope chains that I currently sell. I feel these are the best rope chains money can buy. I've found with the Italian ropes, they are stiff which can lead to kinking. That is not good with rope chains as there is no way to fix that. Let me know down below which rope chains you guys prefer. Thank you for watching!

Good to know about the stiffness, another thing that should be said... A stiff chain is a bent chain, the way the chain stiffens can cause it to bend and you don't want a bent chain.

@10 Subscribers With No Videos? you are right,if you look at the purchase from that point of view but Remer that these are custom pieces with a lot of production time and procedure from casting to polished all hand work requiring time and skilled technicians and these are career jewelers working with Braden. That's the difference in the pendants or rings from the pre manufacturerd chains he sells which are mostly machine made.

The Diamond cut that you like and sell are definitely the more preferred of the 2. Though I have seen Italian gold with the diamond cut same as your Peruvian made Ropes. The softness is a better overall feel as well as the diamond cut Peruvian rope looks more authentic in sorts. The other Italian gold Rope looks more like a golden metal Rope because of the way it looks and coils in the hand. Definitely love my 5mm Rope chain that's Italian 14k and looks the exact same. Great video. Many people dont have the eye for this type of thing but of course you really need to know your craft.

it looks like the actual strands of gold on the italian rope are thicker, and thus make it a looser twist and stiffer drop. The ones from Peru are smaller strands of gold, look much tighter, and just look like pure class.

It was stolen during a home invasions but at the time of purchase it was about $900.. back in 1992. With that said I still remember the jeweler emphasizing it was solid, 18k Italian. It had very fine rope links, that today I cannot find. They were thin and very tightly placed, although the chain was not thin. Can you please give me some recommendations on what type of linking this was. I am in the market to replace this chain as I was heart broke when we got burglarized.
