Great point lol. I won't assume things about Robyn's ex but there is no way he's worse than Kody 🤣 Christine is absolutely justified in everything she did imo, he just doesn't like having no control. That's it and that's all. He thought he had them tied around his finger and Christine standing up to him is his only actual problem with her. He's hilarious.

The OG3 really needed the money from the show until Christine & Meri could support themselves....At Vegas Christine told Janelle that she wanted to leave. Janelle told her she couldn't until she could support herself. So she did that & in Flagstaff she was set up well enough to leave.....so much so that when Kody wouldn't allow family money to pay for Isobel's surgery, she got insurance & raised the $50,000 deductible herself through Luluroe. Then she realky knew that she didn't need him.❤

Kody was forced into monogamy. I read a lot of comments that ‘Robyn wanted to be the only wife’, however, I absolutely disagree, why? Robyn wanted to be just like her mother, but, better, how? She manipulated Meri out of her legal status, she never worked, yet she had the most. Robyn simply wanted to be a part time legal mistress and live on the other women’s money, but now, she’s on duty full-time and will have to get a job. Beautiful.👍

Even Janell said that Meri was always fair about helping the family. Christine just didn't agree with the way Meri disciplined her kids but they have never gone into exactly why. Maybe Meri felt like Kristine let her kids get away with more than they should. From the way Mykelti and Paedon act, I can see the results of that.

Janelle really didn't lie, she was a polygamist because of a deep belief in it, and a spiritually calling to it. They ALL said that, but Janelle really meant it.

I don't think Janelle was ever truly in love with Cody. I think she enjoyed his friendship and Janelle's company more then anything else.

I’m really trying not to judge but, he is one selfish, egotistical, maniacal, user. I’m so disgusted by his answers and how he talks about the women. I think he saw Robin as a wounded bird and knew she would do ANYTHING HE WANTED IF HE GAVE HER LOVE. I know people think Robin is the one, but in the end Robin will wind up being just as hurt if not more. He is so good at this game. Cody knows what he’s doing. He’s letting Robin bear most of the blame. He has set that up that way. Remember Robin was abused. He knew that, made her feel like a special princess, it went to her head, and in a year or two he will leave her too. As soon as his kids are grown more. I don't get it either. I like Meri. I have always liked her as my favorite. I think because there are a lot of people who liked Kristine and gave her props for being the first to leave Kody, and I won't take that away from her, but I alway felt like she was just pissed because she wasn't getting all the attention since Robin came into the family. Watch some of the earlier episodes. Kristine was always the loudest one, always trying to get most of the attention. Now Mykelti and Paedon are just like her and Kody. However, because Meri was married to Kody before Robin, Meri was the " Legal" wife. So even though Kristine and Janell had all the kids with Kody, and Meri only one, since they lived in Utah, Kody could not be seen out in public with Kristine and Janell because polygamy was against the law. Well I heard that was a big part of it and then Robin comes in and the title is handed over to her just like that, without doing anything, plus she had $30,000 in debts paid . They were probably seething.

Based on some interviews I've seen, it sounds like they grew apart as individuals and are no longer compatible personality wise. I think Christine eluded to there being other things that happened bts that factored into that shift, but I'm not 100% sure of that.

I dont think Jeanelle conciously realises it, but any attraction you have to a man will just dry up and vanish if you feel they hurt your kids. Animals too, anything more vulnerable. My ex was passively aggressively mean (not physically) to my dog as a proxy for the anger he was nt comfortable showing me. If I caught him I would go mad, but yeah the attraction dried up just like my lady parts for him. Im also non contact with my mother for many years now as she has a penchant for inflicting her crappy relationship choices on all of us. I put up with so much sh#t for her, but the second one of them raised their voice a few octaves my sons way and I was done with her.
