Recipe and preparation:

250g peanut butter.
sweetener to taste. I use honey.
Gradually add 120 g almond flour.
100 g chocolate without sugar.
1 tablespoon coconut oil.
Cover with stretch wrap and place in the freezer for 2 hours.
3:29 Recipe #2.
200 grams of milk.
120g peanut butter.
I used 80 g of dry protein for sports nutrition. 80 g dry milk.
Cook over medium heat until thickened.
Put in the fridge for 2 hours.
6:29 Recipe #3.
200ml milk. 1 tablespoon coconut flour.
1 tablespoon of semolina.
Cook over medium heat until thickened.
Cover with stretch wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa.

Since honey is also a sugar I would also add cinnamon into this recipe and Allulose sweetener they both can help to control blood sugar spikes and adding chia seeds to this bars as omega 3 and fiber would be great too 😎
