I don't eat sugar! Famous cookies without flour, sugar and eggs! Energy every day! You have to try this! You will definitely love the taste. ✌🏻🥰
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
Recipe No. 1:
Cashew 50 gr. (1.8 oz).
Peanuts 80 gr. (2.8 oz).
Grind in a blender.
Oatmeal 150 gr. (5.3 oz.).
Fry in a frying pan.
Vegans will definitely appreciate this protein-free dessert!
Pumpkin seed 40 gr. (1.4 oz.).
Sunflower seeds 30 gr. (1.05 oz.).
Almonds 50 gr. (1.8 oz).
Cardamom 1 teaspoon.
Remove the husks.
Grind the cardamom seeds.
Add 90 gr. (3.2 oz.) date syrup.
Shape cookies.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 15 minutes.
Let the cookies cool.
Dark chocolate without sugar 80 gr. (3 oz.)
Melt in a water bath.
Add 15 ml. (0.5 fl oz) olive oil.
Mix.
Dip cookies into chocolate.
Garnish with sugar-free edible gold sprinkles (optional).
Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Add 25 ml. (0.8 fl oz) coconut oil.
Place the mixture into a silicone mold.
Press the mixture with a comfortable object.
Place the mold in the refrigerator.
Dark chocolate without sugar 30 gr. (1 oz).
Melt in a water bath or in the microwave in defrost mode.
Add some olive oil.
Mix.
Decorate the dessert.
