oh yes!! it would totally work on flats! Just make sure to put the elastic at the arch of the shoe so that you dont walk on the elastic

I have to wear support stocking now. :( Can you come up with some pretty ways I can wear compression knee highs with skirts and cropped pants? Pretty please?? I have scoliosis too, so I can't wear spindly high heels, just the thick mid-height heels or flats. I can model for you!

Gave up heels a while ago but so appreciate this concept and would def try it on a kitten heel and keep the cage more above my ankle to make it more wearable for me. Works better for my proportions and lifestyle. The heel looks awesome on you Orly ! Best part of all your DIYs is they are customizable and user friendly 💖 Thanks for another great one Orly 🌹

Just throwing it out there Orly but can you do a book clutch ala Olympia Le-Tan. They sell for over $1000 and have been seen on red carpets, notably Jennifer Garner. Super cool and unique. Did a version w an antiqued pre-hallowed book that I love but how to do it w a classic book jacket like Olympia ? Hmm ,,,..

Hi Orly, Love your channel. I watch it faithfully every week. You have inspired me & because of you I have unlocked the porthole to my creativity which was always a source of great joy! Thank you for motivating me! Saw the Doc Martin collab with Marc Jacobs & immediately thought of how cool your take would be. I have been contemplating creating something similar but with a slight modification… make them removable, like a chain “belt” so they can be worn with other similar styles. A simple lobster clasp could connect the chains. The clasps & chains can be delicate or big & chunky, either way works in my opinion. Thank you for taking time to read my comment. You can apply the concept to any height of shoe so, block heels or flats if you feel more comfortable with that

Would definitely be a pieceof art but wouldi't be difficult to find the exactly same color of leather and satin? Or are you planning to cover the shoe with the same satin as the one for the straps?

love this idea!!! Just a reminder, you'll want the shoe and the elastic to match. So colors that are not readily available in elastic might be tougher. You might not find the perfect color match. Just something to keep in mind.

Ummmmm... Left heel, top brooch's lower chain is behind the elastic strap. Pretty sure you can use needles nose pliers to open the jump ring and move it around. 😁 Looks good.
